Another little fluff piece that kind of just wrote it self. This takes place the morning after Blaine first comes to New York.

Kurt grunted slightly, eyes barely open. He only saw what he could make out from in between his fluttering eyelashes. He saw a long strip of cascading light on the bed from the window. He saw his favorite navy and red suit still hanging on the dry cleaning hanger. He saw the pale blue color of the four surrounding walls. But most importantly he saw his fiance. His beautiful, perfect fiance that was attached to his chest tighter then any pair of pants Kurt had ever worn.

Kurt chuckled lightly at the sight of Blaine. His hair was a mess, curls sticking out in every direction. His shirt was rumpled, thousands of little wrinkles creasing the white cloth.

Blaine was practically on top of him. He had his arms wrapped tightly around Kurt's waist and his head was nuzzled into his chest.

Kurt's smile grew even larger when he realized the hold Blaine had on him was restricting his movements. The most he could do was lift a hand to ruffle through Blaine's curls.

This caused only a slight reaction from Blaine. He simply snuggled deeper into Kurt's arms and let out a long, content hum.

Kurt thought back to the night before. It had been a happy reunion, of course, but a tired one none the less. Blaine had been driving for twenty-seven hours strait and Kurt had been up waiting for him. By the time the excited hugs and kisses had been shared, all they wanted to do was crawl under the covers and sleep.

Blaine fell asleep instantly but Kurt lingered, forcing himself to stay awake so he could relish the moment. The feel of Blaine's chest moving with his breaths, the sound of his heartbeat, and the funny little words Blaine would mumble in his sleep. These said words ranged from happy little mutters of 'Kurt' to random words such as 'silly shoe'.

Blaine's shifting body shook Kurt from his thoughts. Blaine had scooted up and now had his head buried deep in the crook of Kurt's neck.

Kurt squirmed a bit at the tickling feeling of Blaine's warm breath on his sensitive skin.

"Hush." Blaine murmured.

Kurt smiled down at him, unsure if he was dreaming or half awake.

When a soft, barely audible snoring sound traveled up to Kurt's ears, it was confirmed.

Kurt thought about getting up and making some tea, maybe taking a shower, but then the heat of Blaine's body and the perky smile resting on his lips kept Kurt in place.

Overall Kurt was just happy. Happy to have his fiance with him in New York. Happy to be engaged. Happy to have Blaine. Happy.

It was most definitely a feeling Kurt could get used to.

Blaine stirred a little in his sleep and Kurt ran his fingers through Blaine's hair until he relaxed.

Kurt was looking forward to taking Blaine on a tour of the city. He could take him to NYADA and to all his favorite cafe's and the big parks with the trees Kurt knew Blaine would demand on climbing.

But right now Kurt was perfectly happy with spending the day in bed, being held tightly in the arms of the man he loved.

I hope you enjoyed! Please review if you did! :)
