This is just some random cryptic dribble I came up with in about an hour on the bus ride home from University...

It's written for Star Wars, but kinda works outside of that. It was partially inspired by the Jedi and Sith codes and the lyric "Whence it comes no one knows" from "Voice in the wind" by Petra... Hey! Don't dis' my taste in music just yet! :P

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN STAR WARS, THE SONG "VOICE IN THE WIND", THE ALBUM "BEAT THE SYSTEM", OR THE BAND "PETRA"... I just play with some of it for my own amusement... xP

Well, hopefully you lot get something out of this too.

The Force-users Dilemma.

...

The Jedi have their code. The Sith have one also. Both are right. Both are wrong. The Force-users dilemma.

...

Peace is a lie, for one cannot be without emotion. Yet without emotion, one cannot be at peace.

Through passion one gains strength, but passion blinds. Serenity brings clarity, yet all beings wear lenses.

Through strength one gains power, but strength wanes. The one who walks in knowledge will be given power by all, but will not be recognised.

Through power one gains victory, yet power corrupts, bringing chaos with it. The one who lives in harmony remains true, but is named a stagnant fool.

Through victory ones chains are broken, yet one must break their chains for there to be victory. To be truly free one must die, but cannot bring confirmation to others.

The force may free you, but it will prove all are fools. The one who is one with the force knows they have always been free, but bear great sorrow and regret in their wisdom.

...

So much is fleeting, yet much remains.

The voice in the wind speaks the answers, with no beginning or end, and very few who listen.

The musings of an unnamed Force-user.
