Do you remember the day you sat outside of Degrassi with the hot metal pressed against your skin wishing you could end it all? How you thought it would be better if you were gone? That no one would care? Forgettable?

Well here we are, you're gone but you are definitely not forgotten.

Clare was the messenger, she was the one who told everyone in Paris about the accident and she took it upon herself to tell them the bad news as well. She was lying in her bed just two floors below you. Tears falling from her eyes as she pressed the keys on her phone; you were her rock. Through all of her Eli troubles, through her family breaking up, through Jake, even through her cancer. While she was lying in her bed just two floors below you fighting for her own light, she never even considered it would be you who was fighting for life as well.

Dave didn't just lose his co-host but he lost one of his best friends. The boy he didn't understand, the boy her pushed around, the boy who he used to hate, and the boy who opened his mind. Mano y Mano will never happen again. When he got the news from Drew, he couldn't believe it.

Eli was getting coffee when it happened, he walked in on Clare crying and was told. Death really did attract him. His ex-girlfriend, Cam, his girlfriend has cancer, and now his best friend. He never had the chance to tell you how much he loved you and how great of a friend you were. After that day, it got worse, worse than Cam, worse that the hoarding. He finally lost it.

Bianca was at a loss. You were her rock. You helped her even after what she did to you. You made her smile when her life was caving in. You were like a brother to her. She didn't understand how someone so amazing could be taken away so young.

Even Owen was upset. He didn't show it. But when Tristan told him what happened, her could have sworn he saw his older brother's eyes gets teary.

Whisper Hug broke up. Zig said it wasn't Whisper Hug without you.

Imogen tried to be happy. She was the glue holding everyone together. She made jokes and smiled and helped. But behind closed doors, she cried. She cried a lot.

Mom cried every night for a week. She couldn't even look at your door without crying. She doesn't want to go through your things yet. It feels too soon for her. You were her baby and now you're gone.

Dallas lost it. He lost Cam, one of his best friends. Now a few months later, he lost a brother. He considered jumping again; it would have been easier than feeling that pain. But he knew you wouldn't want that. He started drinking after that.

Imogen told Fiona. She flew back to go to your funeral. She wanted to say sorry, sorry for hurting you so much.

Drew went cold, he couldn't feel anything. You were his baby brother, the kid who he'd fight with in the morning while getting ready. The kid who he'd talk about girls with. The kid who was brave enough to come out to him. The kid who he loved more than anyone else in the world.

Alli and Jenna, although they hadn't spent much time with you, helped Clare get through it. They cared so much and although they never said it, the cared about you.

Everyone told Becky it was her fault. She believed it. If it wasn't for her, you'd still be there. She should have listened. She should have talked to you. She should have stayed. But she didn't and it was her fault. But most of all, she lost her entire world; the love of her life.

Do you remember the day you sat outside of Degrassi with the hot metal pressed against your skin wishing you could end it all? How you thought it would be better if you were gone? That no one would care? Forgettable?

Degrassi will never be the same without you.

Rest in peace, brave warrior.
