A/N: Something I wrote during work because I needed a break writing reports. ALSO I LOVE ZEN SO MUCH?! CRIES

She tries to contain her laughter at the sight of her husband's pouting face. He is undoubtedly sulking, if his eyes refusing to meet hers and fidgety self are any indication of it.

Cute, is all she can think of as he continues to pout to himself.

"...How long do you plan on sulking, dear?" She manages to maintain a neutral tone despite the laughter threatening to burst out of her. Thankfully, Zen – Ryu, as he preferred in private – remains oblivious of her restrained emotion and releases a childish "Hmph!" under his breath. It takes almost all her willpower to not gush over him and pull him to a tight hug.

He is just too cute sometimes.

"You know, he was only asking for directions, right?" She snickers, making him look at her.

The pout on his handsome face becomes more pronounced, no doubt unamused that she finds the whole ordeal entertaining and he can't quite understand why she does so! Letting out a whine, he engulfs her into a tight hug.

"But he was too close to you!" He complains like the grown child he is, swaying both of their bodies.

"Coming from the man who thinks no one of the male species besides yourself is allowed to approach me," she intones dryly, voice muffled since her head is pulled to his chest. Though she says this, she happily hugs him back and nuzzles herself in his arms.

"But no one else is allowed to come near you! What if they decide to whisk you away?! Do you understand how heartbreaking that would be?! I'd be so lonely! I'd die!" His body trembles at his speech and he squeezes his arms around her a little tighter.

"In sickness and death! You can't leave me for another man, okay?!"

She lets out a sigh at his overreaction, rubbing his back in mock sympathy.

"I'm not going anywhere, you big doofus," she assures, laughing because he is just so ridiculous sometimes. She presumes the theatrics come with his career as an actor. When he continues to whine, she rolls her eyes knowing that he will not stop unless she does something. Standing on her tiptoes, she leaves a lingering kiss on his cheek.

"In sickness and in death, I will stay by your side."

His body relaxes at her words and he gazes at her, the love so obvious in his face that it warms her heart and then nothing else matters at that very moment.

He is all she needs in her life - her lover, her friend, and her soulmate.

"I love you," she tells him as she reaches out a hand to caress his cheek.

Zen does not bother with a verbal answer as he chooses to lean down and capture her lips in a kiss.

Meanwhile, the rest of the film crew pretends not to notice the couple kissing. They know better than to get involved with this idiotic couple's business.

End.
