Joeys POV
"Please Lauren come home to your family" abi begged her sister
"Lauren babe you alright?" I asked sitting outside the café watching them argue
"No" Lauren turned around and simply replied, I knew she needed me, I stood up and gave her hug and I've never felt someone cling so tightly to me
"It's alright babe" I whispered as she sobbed in my arms
"Joey can you help me with the bins please" I heard Lucy ask from behind, but I didn't want to let Lauren go
"Please" Lucy said again, and I felt Lauren move to look at me
"Sorry luce I'm busy right now" I told her before taking Laurens hand and leading her over to no.23
"Abs go home, I'll look after her" I smiled.
Back at no.23 I took Lauren in the lounge and we sat on the sofa and she curled into me,
"You gonna tell me what's wrong?" I asked
"Mum thinks I'm like rainie" she replied
"Whose rainie?" I asked confused
"My druggie aunt" Lauren said with a small laugh
"You're not doing drugs are you?" I asked feeling scared of the answer
"No but mum thinks I'm stealing money for drink" she told me
"And are you?" I asked knowing how much she was drinking lately
"Yes, I took 20 quid from nan yesterday" she sighed, I held her tighter
"You need some help babe" I told her
"I need you joey, I'm broken and only you can fix me" she told me as she began to cry again
"I'm here for you babe, I always will be, but I can't watch you throw your life away" I explained
"I know you don't believe me over Lucy, but I didn't drink that night" she cried even harder
"Look babe I love you but I can't be with you right now" I said, hating myself for saying it
"Please joey, I can get better for you" she begged
"But you need to do it for you, not me" I told her
"please joey" she said as she wiped her eyes and leant up and kissed me, I couldn't help but kiss her back, it felt too good.
We fell back onto the sofa as the kiss deepened, I know I should stop but I just can't. I felt Laurens hand under my shirt, and I soon had her top off her body. Soon enough we were both left with no clothes on, and I swiftly entered her, it felt so good to connect our bodies as one, I had missed it so much. She was moaning my name as I thrust in an out of her. I trailed kisses from her lips to her neck. I could feel her tightening around me and I knew she was getting close to her peak, which was making me closer to mine.
"Oh god joey" she moaned as she come undone beneath me, sending me over the edge, I buried my head in her neck as my own release hit.
"I love you joey" Lauren whispered to me as I rested on her chest
"I love you too babe" I said raising my head to smile at her
"I'm gonna get some help, but I need you to support me" she told me
"I'll do whatever you want babe" I told her giving her another kiss
"Please don't leave me "she begged me
"if you get some help and sort yourself out then we can start taking things slowly again" I smiled at her, and for the first time in a long time I saw a genuine smile on Laurens face, and I knew that I had finally gotten through to her.
