Hush Little Princess...
Authors Note:Another Vegeta and Bra fic. I just came up w/ this idea in my
head and decided to use it. Bra's 16. Really short,but was meant to be.
Bra:No,please dont do this.
***:Im sorry. I just dont think it's gonna work out.
Bra:Is there...someone else???
***:No,it's not like that at all. I just dont think Im ready for a
relationship yet.
Bra:I...I understand. Bye.
***:Bye.
::Hangs up::
"They all have the same excuse. It's just not fair."Bra said. She could'nt
believe he had broke up w/ her like that. This one,she truly loved.
Vegeta was walking by her room when he heard the faint sound of crying in her
room. He peeked through the door and saw her lying on the bed facing the wall
crying.
"Bra???"he asked calmly."Whats wrong??"
"Nothing."she said trying to sound happy.
"Sure does'nt look like nothing is wrong."he said."Come on,you can tell me."
Bra explained everything to Vegeta trying not to cry. Vegeta sat beside her
on the bed and she leaned on him and started crying.
"It's ok...there'll be others."Vegeta said trying to calm her down. He was'nt
used to this stuff.
"Papa??"
"What is it??"
"Can you sing me that lullaby you sang me when I was little???"she asked.
"Ok."he said.
((To the tune of 'Hush Little Baby'))
"Hush little princess dont be sad,
Papa will protect you from all that's bad.
Dont be scared no matter what they do,
Papa will always be there for you.
And dont ever listen to what they say,
Cause you are perfect in every way
And when you're grown just remember,
you'll always be my little girl forever."
Vegeta finished and looked down to see Bra sleeping in his lap so he put her
too bed. He was walking out,but turned around and looked at her one more
time.
"It'll be ok.I just dont think Goten was ready yet.I love you."he whispered
as he walked out of the room.
