A Light at the End

Same Road, Same Day, Same Emptiness. But, I know it won't always be like this. I know, I will find it someday. The light that is waiting for me. That has guide me this far. It's not impossible. I am almost there, I can feel it. I can't give up now. (My Present for Oakpaw of LightClan) XD It's short, sorry.

A Light at the End

It snows, a white blanket covers the once green forest ground. My eyes reflect the still whiteness that lies ahead. A fake light that surrounds me, choices of what to become. I don't want to follow the crowd. I don't see as life is about one thing, you must see forward and past all that is shoved in front of you.

I may be a apprentice, but I know that I will be a warrior one day. That is what I strive for, why I will keep walking. I know everything has a purpose, you just have to look hard enough. StarClan doesn't just let these things happen. Everything, to me, has a reason. Which is why I walk this path. It's not one laid out for me, it's one I am still making.

The future for me, is still unclear. But, I will still smile for others who have found a way in this large world. As certain as the sun will always rise, we all will find a way. Even if I haven't. My pelt is covered in small flakes. But, I'm so close now to turn back now. The wind may try and push me back, but I can see it.

In the distance, is something that is waiting for me. Shall I sprint to it? No, I want to walk to it, to savor the feeling of accomplishment. To know, I have really traveled this hard. It's this warm feeling that will tell me, I have won. I have beat the odds, where everyone said it was impossible. A miracle will happen for me, as long as StarClan is by my side.

The friends I have made on this journey, are there to back me up. No mountain is high enough for me. They have my back, through thick and thin. We are always there for each other, this is what makes me go on as well. To learn, to live, to understand why I am here, why I was put in LightClan, what I mean to myself.

I see at the end, a light. A light to show me the way. I smile, almost there, almost there. It's faint, but, it's still there. I warm breeze ruffles my fur, a smell of flowers and life. It's warm, not cold. It is my future. It's warm, just like I thought it would be. As the light engulfs me, I will always remember this journey. Who am I?

LOL! This is my take on how I look at Oakpaw's character. I hope it's good Woods Warrior. XD I had fun writing this.
