Prologue

You all know the story of Cinderella, right? This is an evil, twisted, crazy version of RK cinderella.

Evirella and Stepmother

Once upon a time, in a kingdom far, far away, there was a little girl who lived with her father in their house. His father is a nobleman, who decide to stay away from ordinary noble lifestyle of the kingdom (which means partying at night, sleeping at morning, golf in the afternoon, more party the night after, and so on) since his beloved wife died when their daughter was only three.

One day the noble decide to marry. His new wife is a widow with two daughter who came from neighbour kingdom. (It was his brother-in-law who introduce them. The noble, even tough never forget his first wife, really love his new bride. He came back to court, and got a new duty as ambassador. His new duty require him to travel to other kingdoms, therefore, he left his house and children on the care of his wife.

Few years later, when the children are adolescents, the wife died of illness. The husband grieved so much at the loss of the woman he loved. He drowned himself at his duty as ambassador, and left the house on the care of his eldest daughter.

Years passed. The children are now young women. One day their father came home, and brought along his newest wife, whom he met and later married in a foreign kingdom.

Only a few month after that, the noble, fell sick after he spent a whole day playing golf with other nobles of the court. (Because he travelled a lot, lots of other nobles wished him to tell them thing about kingdoms he visited, they even prolong the usual golf-playing time so he could tell them stories. So he talk and talk and talk, regardless of sun and sweat, rain and cold, and then he caught flu or bronchitis or pneumonia or something). The noble did not last long. He died leaving his young wife and daughters.

This is an awful, tragic, sad story of the live of the young widow, Komagata Yumi.
