Here In Your Arms
Axel flipped the radio on, turning it so it played the new mix CD Demyx had made him. He glanced over to the blonde seated next to him and smiled as they made eye contact. Roxas smiled back softly as Axel pressed the gas pedal. The redhead's nose crinkled slightly as the car was filled with a happy techno tune.
Leave it to Demyx.
His hand twitched to change the song but stopped as he heard a soft voice singing along. He cast a sideways glance at Roxas who was smiling and bopping his head to the music.
"I like where we are, when we drive in your car."
Roxas looked over at him slightly and made eye contact again.
"I like where we are…here."
Axel smiled warmly and pressed the brake as they came to a red light.
"'Cuz our lips can touch."
Axel blinked as his vision was suddenly filled with blue and gold before small, warm lips were pressed against his.
"And our cheeks can brush."
Roxas nuzzled the older male affectionately before muttering the next line and kissing him again. Axel smiled and twined his fingers with Roxas' as he pressed the gas when the light turned green.
Axel yawned and clicked the light off as he climbed into bed, chuckling as he pushed Roxas' arm out of his way. As he lay down, Roxas' soft voice filled the silence, smile evident in his words.
"I like where you sleep, when you sleep next to me."
He pushed slightly at Axel's tummy until the redhead was pressed against him.
"I like where you sleep…here."
Axel grinned and wrapped his arms around Roxas, pulling him even closer.
"Our lips can touch."
The redhead sang softly as he kissed Roxas lightly.
"Our cheeks can brush. Our lips can touch…here."
Axel pressed their lips together again, smiling happily.
"Well you are the one, the one that lies close to me. Whispers 'Hello. I miss you quite terribly'. I fell in love, in love with you suddenly."
Roxas yawned as Axel finished the song, brushing blonde bangs out of his face.
"Now there's no place else I could be but here in your arms."
Axel smiled and kissed Roxas' forehead as the younger male snuggled into his chest.
