Seto Kaiba was someone who Got Annoyed Very Easily, whether he wanted to show it or not.
It didn't help that Jounouchi was someone who could Annoy Anyone Very Easily with that Very Stupid Mouth of his.
First of all, Jounouchi simply Ate Too Much, becoming a Very Convincing imitation of a Black Hole.
Second of all, Jounouchi simply Talked Too Much, driving everyone around him Crazy because he Didn't Know when to Shut Up.
Kissing Him wasn't an option, because then Jounouchi would either Make Really Eager Noises and comply (and how would Kaiba ever Get His Work Done?) or Complain Really Loudly and fluster about because it was in public.
It almost wasn't worth having him around because it drove Seto Kaiba Crazy.
But then Jounouchi would show him all the Really Good Things he could do with it as well.
And suddenly, Seto Kaiba didn't know Why It Mattered So Much in the first place.
