It's a beautiful day in New York. people chattering and walking on the streets,cars rumbling and honking,yeah you can say it's a beautiful day.

Brittany wakes up from her roommate yelling on the phone, aka her best friend Rachel. They have been friends since middle school. And now, they are in their early 20's. Brittany sits up from her bed and stretched her arms out.

She walks around the apartment, looking for Rachel. She's at the patio. Still on the phone, she just shrugs and brews herself some coffee.

She is about to find a job today, she's been scrolling down to her laptop of what job she can take. Until she sees company called, Lopez Enterprises Holding Inc. She thought maybe giving it a shot. She has to be there at 1pm sharp.

Hours later, she gets ready for her interview with , she walks to the living room and wears her flats on. Rachel looks at her in a skeptical way.

"You're going to that Business company?" Rachel asks her, Brittany hums in response. "Yep! I'm excited."

"Well, I hope you get in. You can do it!" Rachel squeals and gives her a warm hug before she leaves.

"I gotta go, thanks again Rach. See you later!" Brittany goes out from her apartment and makes her way to the Lopez Company.

She payed the taxi driver and bounces out of the car, she stared at the building. It's big and luxurious. There's a big sign said, Lopez Enterprises Holding Inc. she gulps and goes inside the building.

She goes to the counter and smiles, "Hi, I have an interview with ?" Brittany tells the woman, the woman nods and types at her computer. She speaks, " is waiting for you, please go to floor 15. There's a big door there, that's her office." The woman tells her. Brittany nods and walks to the elevator.

She shakily presses the button 15. And the elevator starts to move up, she is extremely nervous. She overthink that what if she didn't get the job? After a minute of going up, the elevator door has opened and she steps out. She looks at the big wooden door. This must be it, it's okay Brittany. Don't be nervous. Brittany thought. She knocks and goes in, once she was inside she sees staring at the skyline. She had a huge window in her office, it was more like a wall window. Her hands are on her back and she is wearing a long gray sleeve and a dark gray A skirt. Miss Lopez look at he back, she notice that she's here.

"Good afternoon." Santana says, she walks to the blonde and reaches out her hand. "My name is Santana Lopez, CEO of the Lopez Company. You must be Brittany Pierce. Pleasure to meet you." Brittany shakes her hand and Santana gives her a warm smile.

"I'm Brittany Pierce." Brittany stutters out, Miss Lopez just smiles.

Wow, is breath taking. Her eyes and her smile, god she's very beautiful. The blonde thought. They walk to 's desk and she sits on her office chair, "I only have 10 minutes, please have a seat." Santana tells her, Brittany complies and sits on the arm chair.

"So, lets start with the interview. Shall we?" Santana tells Brittany and opens her MacBook Pro.

"Miss. Pierce, could you give me your full name please?" Santana looks at her. Brittany sighs and smiles,

"My name is Brittany Susan Pierce."

"How old are you?"

"I'm 21. I just finished college." She says.

"So what assisting experience do you have?"

"Well, I haven't done any assisting but I have been a dancer all my life and have learned to pick up on things quite quickly."

A dancer, she thought. I'm not surprised considering her long legs and nimble figure.

"Well that sounds good Miss. Pierce. Tell me, why do you want to apply for this job?"

"I majored in Sales in college and I've always wanted to go into advertising so I was very thankful when this job came up."

"Well Miss. Pierce, you have lovely credits and these references do seem to be official. I enjoyed our interview and if it's okay with you, could you wait outside for a minute whilst I look things over?"

"Yes of course. Thank you." Brittany left the room and went to sit in one of the chairs outside of Miss. Lopez's office. Wow she really is beautiful she thought to herself.

After a couple of minutes, Santana opened her office door and invited Brittany back into the room.

"I have had a look over your CV and I have made sure your references are correct and I like what I see. Miss Pierce, I would like to offer you the job of being my assistant at Lopez Company."

"Oh wow, thank you so much!" Brittany exclaims, she is very happy that she got the job. She knew that she could do it, she needed to tell Rachel quick when she gets home.

"Of course! Do you have any questions?"

"Ummm, not really. I'm sure if I think of anything I can message you."

"Yes of course." Santana replies casually.

Brittany stood up and shook Santana's hand before exiting with a smile on her face. Her smile is beautiful, she's beautiful, Santana thought to herself. She goes back inside her office and closes the door.

Brittany gets home safely, she was very happy. She gets inside the house where she finds Rachel in the couch, drinking wine. She walks to her and waves her hands up in the air, "I got the job!" Brittany exclaims. Rachel gasps and stands up from the couch and hugs Brittany tightly.

"Wow Brittany! That's amazing, how did it go?" Rachel asks curiously, she was very proud for her best friend.

"Miss Lopez is very kind, very pretty as well." Brittany says dreamingly, she walks to the kitchen and gets a glass of water. She hears Rachel snickered.

"I got to be her assistant right away, I'm her assistant now Rach!" Brittany tells the brunette excitingly. She looks back and looks at Rachel's eyes.

"I'm very happy for you, Britt'ny. When does your work start?"

"Tomorrow, around 7am." Brittany replies instantly, Rachel just nods and sighs.

After their long dinner, Brittany was on her bed. She couldn't stop thinking about Miss Lopez's genuine smile and her eyes. She was kinda ridiculous, she couldn't have a crush on her own boss. That's just messed up.

Santana gets inside of her luxurious apartment and sits down on the couch immediately. She sighs and rested her head on the back of the couch. She remembered the blondes eyes, she was absolutely breath taking.

Santana just knew that this feeling will be over, maybe she's just having a little crush on her. She quickly stands up and goes to her room.

It is going to be a long day tomorrow.

Brittany wakes up early in the morning, she seems to be excited to go to work. She makes coffee and toast. Rachel walks to the kitchen and smirks, "Someone looks excited. Is it because of Miss Lopez?" Rachel teases, Brittany rolls her eyes and sits down on the dining chair.

"So, tell me about your boss." Rachel asks her teasingly and sits down across her.

"She's a billionaire and a powerful woman in New York, she's smart and very intimidating." Brittany whispers at the last word, she drinks her coffee and caught Rachel opening her laptop and typing.

"Wow, she's gorgeous!" Rachel gasp, Brittany groans and rolls her eyes. Rachel can be very annoying when it comes to meeting new people. She has to know everything.

"I'm going to shower." Brittany casually stands up and walk pass Rachel.

"Hey don't forget to go to the cafe!" Rachel yells, Brittany shouts, "Yeah!"

Brittany is a waitress in a cafe, she wants to quit the job because she has now a really good job that it made her really happy.

After she showers she gets ready for work and walks to the front door, she sighed.

She can't wait to see Miss Lopez again.
