Rubber Duck
"Sonny, Do you wanna join us we are going to see a movie?" Asked Nico. "No I'm fine, thanks guys," I said. I had been having a bad day. All because a certin three named jerk. Chad Dylan Cooper had been bothering me all day. He flirts with me then insults me or So Random! it was getting pretty annoying. It's not like i like him 'cause pshh I so totally don't like him. I'll jut keep telling myself that. I decided to go for a walk at the park to keep my mind off of Chad.
I was walking peacfully down to the pond. When "Sqeek" i stepped on something. I looked down to see a little rubber ducky. "Aaawww," I said ever since iwas little I loved rubber ducks. I picked it up and excamined it. It looked fairly new. "Hey thats mine," A male voice said. The voice sounded familiar to familiar. "Chad," I said as I turned around. "Sonny what are you doing here, and what are you doing with my rubber ducky?" He looked emberassed he had just said that. "I mean my little cousin rubber duck um yeah," he said uncomfortable. " Right Chad right," I said with aa giggle. I saw a little girl hidding behind him. "And who is this adorable little girl?" I asked Chad. She looked really shy. "Whats you name sweety?" I asked her. "I'm Emily, Whats you name?" she said. How cute i thought. "My name is sonny," I said. "Hey Chaddy is always taking about you," she said looking up at Chad. Chad had been playingwith the duck when he heard what Emily said his hean shot up. I blushed. "She's kidding," Chad said with an uncomfrable laugh. "No I'm not. You told me yesterday about how pretty you thought she was," She said. "You think I'm pretty Chad?" I asked blushing a deep red. "Um um yeah," He said. He leaned into kiss me when "Squeek" We both heard. Emily had put the duck in between our faces. "Emily!" We both said. You know this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the duck," Chad said talking my hand and pulling me into a kiss.
That day me Chad and Emily walked through the park and had fun.
5 Years later
Chad had asked me to come over for our five year aniversery. We were having a romantic dinner at his house. When i got there the light were dim and rose petals were everywhere. "Hey sweetie," I said. "Hey beautiful," Chad said. He pulled me into a sweet kiss. We had our dinner and talked about our day when chad asked. "Sonny do you remember when we met five years ago?" He asked taking my hand. "Ofcourse I was at the park when i stepped on a rubber duck, You said it was yours then said it was you little cousin. Then Emily told me how you had told her you thought i was pretty and how you talked about me," I said with a giggle. "It was all because of a rubber duck," He said. Then he pulled something out of his pockett. It was the same rubber duck from five years ago. "You kept it?" I asked. "Ofcourse" He said and sat in on the table on whent down on one knee. My eyes started to water. "Sonny I have loved you ever since the day I met you, And i thank Emily and the rubber duck everyday because they were the reason I'm asking you this question. Will you Alison Munroe marry me?" He said. " Yes Chad Dylan Cooper I will marry you," I said giving him a big hug. He kissed me and put the beautiful ring on myt finger. The ring had a little duck on the band it was a beautiful ring and I couldn't wait to become the wife of the one and only Chad Dylan Cooper.
