Chloe couldn't stand it anymore. She's been at Mac's for a week
now and nothing happened. Nothing between Harm and Mac.
It wasn't because she hasn't tried. She's found every little reason
why to meet with them together.
First she insisted on going to JAG with Mac, because she "wanted
to meet with everybody and see how is JAG decorated for Christmas."
Instead of it she spent the day talking with Harm about Mac and "you
know, her fantasies."
Next day, Harm asked Mac and her to come over for a dinner. When
Chloe found out, she was really happy, hoping this was the BIG day.
What can better than to say Mac how he loves her in front of her little sister ?
But it turned out that the two of them needed to work on a case and Mac
didn't want Chloe to stay at home alone.
So here she was, three days to Christmas, decorating Mac's apartment
while Harm and Mac were finishing their closing arguments.
* I have to do something to get them finally together.*
Just then her eyes fell to the kitchen table - and something lying on it.
Something called mistletoe.*Perfect.*
"Hey Mac, can you help me ?"
"Sure. What do you need ?" standed Mac and went to her.
"I want to hang a mistletoe on the doorframe but I'm having difficulties
with the ribbon."Chloe gave her an innocent sweet smile.
In a few seconds Mac had a perfect bow made.
"Thanks Mac. That looks great. Can you please hang it ? I...I need to
go to the bathroom." disappeard quickly Chloe.
"Here, let me help you. I don't need a chair, you know." standed Harm
and came closer to Mac.
"Ha ha. Very funny, flyboy. Just because you're tall you don't have to
make fun from others that have average height."by this time the mistletoe
was already hanging.
"And what are you expecting me to do?"
Mac looked first at the mistletoe, then at him.
"Keep the tradition."
He stepped closer and from behind the door Chloe witnessed, how a slow,
friendship kiss deepened and became a passionate one.
