Hi to y'all. This is a way over-used story line that I'm not proud of and plus I got writers block at the end of it...sighs...couldn't think of anything to write...god, I need a beta.

Whatever. But Natsu really is stupid.

Anyways, in this fic...there is an extremely dense Natsu, a bold Lucy, an extremely happy Mirajane, and scary Erza.

Which is actually pretty normal.

But anyways...Disclaimer: I don't own Fairy Tail.

"Natsu. I like you," Lucy proclaimed one day, to the astonishment of Gray and Erza and the delight of Mirajane.

Natsu grinned widely, "Yeah. I know! I like you too. You're my best friend."

Lucy face-palmed and the entire guild followed in one universal gesture.

Natsu looked around, confused. "Wait, why is the whole guild slapping themselves in the face? Is it some special thing we're supposed to do today?" Coming to that conclusion, Natsu put his hand to his forehead as well.

The guild let out a collective sigh. Natsu followed. "C'mon guys, this is a weird ritual. And why have I never heard of it?" Natsu asked.

Erza stood up abruptly. "Natsu, you are an idiot." She stalked over to him and towered above him.

Natsu shivered in fear, "A-ah, Erza. H-hi," he shriveled into a ball where he sat. "Lushiiiii save me~," he called, still trembling.

Lucy sighed again, "Alright Erza, you can stop that now. It's not his fault he has nothing material inside that cranium of his.

"Hey! I do have stuff inside my c-cra-crani-cranimum!" Natsu called, pointing to his elbow. He sharply jabbed it. "See, it's all hard here."

Lucy whacked Natsu on the head, "Your cranium is here, idiot. It's in your head. It's said figuratively."

Natsu looked at Lucy with a dumbfounded look. "…what?" He obviously didn't understand a single word.

This time, Gray walked up to Natsu. "It means you're an idiot, Flame-Brain," Gray smirked. "Even I know what it means.

Natsu still didn't understand, but the one thing he knew was his sudden urge to kick Gray into the corner of the guild, so he yelled, "Hey, wanna fight, Stripper?"

Soon, the two boys were tussling – no, destroying things and each other would be the better descriptive term – and the guild was in an uproar.

Meanwhile, Mirajane and Levy were teasing an annoyed Lucy. 'He just doesn't get it, does he?' Lucy could only think, because, really, if Natsu was dense enough to misconstrue the meaning of her words, he was extremely dense.

Igneel probably dropped him on his head when he was a baby or something like that.

Natsu wouldn't come to know the meaning of Lucy's words for another six years, despite all the prompting from certain members of Fairy Tail.

Well, it makes me sad that it takes six years...but sacrifices have to be made...

Review & Review...well, anyways, my specialty is GrUvia even though I never read GrUvia...

I don't even know how I started writing GrUvia because I started Fairy Tail fanfiction with reading Gajeel and Levy fanfics, then Natsu and Lucy fanfics, but I have never read a fanfic starring GrUvia as it's main pair. Except after I started writing. It confuzzles me...
