Two souls, resonating

Courage between them both growing

As their soul wavelengths flowing

They concentrate on their souls

And thus a new technique is at hold

Stein taught this to us before

But my friend is no longer more

I was the weak one; bravery wasn't the word at moment

For my soul is now broken

He protected me again, and again

But he never knew this was the last time he would see his friend…..

The sky was gray, and foggy not everyone dressed in black. Every one she knew was surrounding the gray coffin saying prayers to themselves as the priest spoke. The meister quietly mourning to herself. It's my entire fault….

"SOUL!" running to her weapon, clothes were soaked with only crimson blood and he looked at her with lose lazy eyes, but it wasn't the eyes she liked it was the one that she now hates forever.

"Maka you idiot I told you to watch out. You okay?" His breathing was slowing down and she knew he wasn't going to last very long. She nodded her head slowly "Good" he said weakly, he's eyes were all droopy and tired. By then Professor Stein and her papa had already came and stopped the mission they both were supposed to finished together…..both alive. But by the time Stein had taken off his coat to rap around what been impaled in the weapon's body it was already too late..

It was all too sudden for the meister to take in. Tsubaki, her best friend was the only one to comfort her during her pain. She couldn't stand the thought of not seeing her weapon dead and she was already going to have to live though with it. Black Star just stood there saying words that she could not capture to hear. On the other side of the coffin was Kid as well, dressed in black with his weapon's comforting Kid as well. Kid couldn't handle not having him there anymore Soul was the only boy that truly understood him. Stein and Spirit were standing together as well, with Marie holding Stein's hand crying and Stein hugging her. It was all too sudden for all of them….

Two souls broken apart

But both will forever be at each other's heart

He protected me again, and again

But he didn't know this was the last he would see his best friend

"Soul" Maka stepped up to the coffin and ran her fingers through the soft white hair of her weapon soul was dressed in a white tux he looked ever so handsome, he looked ever so happy now.

Maka fell on the floor holding the only thing left of him his beautiful piano piece that he gave her before that it all happened. Tsubaki ran toward her and hugged her saying in her ear "It's okay now Maka, he's better now." She hated those words: they're in a happier place now. She needed the only thing she loved the most. His smiles, his laugh, his comforting hugs, she can't let him go now.

"SOUL!" she cried throwing her fist in the soft muddy grass and screamed like never before, her heart aching in agony and in sorrow for it was all too soon everything was all too soon. Tsubaki stopped hugging her. Instead Maka's papa came hugging her like any other father would, holding her tight she embraced him and cried. Her papa saying in his gentlest voice. "It's okay Maka it going to be alright I promise you." she knew it was going to be alright be it will never be the same…..

Farwell my friend

Stay sharp, you'll be alright

Because I want you to sleep tonight

Don't cry that so uncool of you

One day I'll see you too

But for now, for right now I pleading you to

Move on….

You're so much more than this Maka

I'll always be there by your side whenever you need me

I'll be there in every single step that you take

I'm still here…
