Step Into The Twilight
A little oneshot I did when listening to the song of the same name.
He slid back, wiping his cloak about. His red saber swung to an upright position. In front of him, the robed old man yelled, shaking his green blade.
The man in the black cloak coughed a bit as he straightened himself. With one eye that was good, he stared at his enemy.
The man in the robes yelled, the Force bending about him. "You are weak! I will defeat you!"
The man in the cloak chuckled a bit. "Very light-hearted thoughts."
The robed man shook his head, his face contorted. He is in more pain than he thinks.
The robed man was a Jedi, a strong one. To him, the cloaked man was a speck to his power.
To the cloaked man, it was quite the opposite. And he was usually right.
The cloaked man threw his cloak about with one gloved hand, raising hios saber up. "Let us see if your claims can hold true."
The robed man screamed as he charged forward, raising his saber for a downward strike, very foolish as the cloaked man merely parried it into a push away, and the robed man slid away.
The robed man swung his lightsaber in anger, but each hit was sent back simply and effectively. The cloaked man hid a smile. For ones so dedicated to peace, they show little of it.
The robed man kept roaring. "Why? You of all minds…. To fall to the dark?!" He kept flailing the saber wildly.
The cloaked man rolled his eyes. "Oh by the Force, do you people ever shut about it? I am doing the galaxy a great service."
The robed man yelled, stabbing violently. "By conquering it?!"
The cloaked man rolled, extending a hand. The robed man had no idea, and was slammed on to the ground.
The cloaked man flicked his saber off as he walked to the robed man. "You must not let your anger cloud your judgement."
He slid off his cloak, revealing a pale face, with faint blue eyes. There was a scar over one eye, the robed man noticed as the cloaked man leaned over him.
The scarred man smiled. "I am preparing the galaxy. Say hello to the apparent face of the darkness."
No flames, please.
