Tony was in the lab, working on a random invention he'd gotten the idea for a few hours ago when Pepper and Rhodey walked in, Pepper carrying a cake and Rhodey carrying three forks and three plates. Tony glanced over to see who'd entered, but when he saw the cake he put down his wrench and looked over to them.

"What's the cake for?" He asked.

"It's still your birthday, so we decided we'd make you celebrate." Pepper answered with a smile. Tony chuckled. Those two…

Pepper set the cake down on Tony's workbench, snagging away his latest work-in-progress so he wasn't tempted to work on it, and then continuing to cut three slices of cake for the three to eat.

"Where'd you get the cake?" Tony asked.

"Oh, we bought it in a supermarket on our way down here." Pepper answered. Tony shrugged. He knew he deserved to celebrate his own birthday, and that his friends meant well. So he took the slice of cake handed to him and set it aside for a moment to put away his tools.

"Mmm, this is so good! Try a bite!" Pepper said, holding a piece of cake out to him on her fork. Tony took the chunk of cake off her fork to eat it. Being his slightly arrogant, silly self, he much more preferred that he were the suave fellow that fed his girlfriend a piece of cake, instead of being on the receiving end. He grunted upon thinking of the whole fiasco.

Before he could even swallow the bite of cake, however, Pepper suddenly placed her hands on his arms and stuck her tongue in his mouth, proceeding to search his mouth with her tongue. Tony's eyes widened, as he hadn't expected her to do that. Before he could do anything in response, she snatched the piece of cake out of his mouth using her tongue and let him go. Tony blushed furiously as Pepper walked over to a chair to sit down and eat, a cute, amused smile on her face.

"See? It's so good! But it's my piece so I'm taking it back." She said with a giggle as she swallowed the bite of cake. Rhodey, having witnessed the whole ordeal, chuckled in amusement.

"Hah, you should see the look on your face. You look about as red as a tomato." Rhodey said as he ate his own piece of cake. Tony picked up his own plate and began eating.

"Shutup…" He said (with a mouthful of cake), nudging Rhodey. Rhodey rolled his eyes at his friends. This relationship would take some getting used to…

Soo, this was actually a collab with Finny-KunGoddess of dA. This is the story that goes with her pic, Pepperony Cake Comic Collab w Crazytomboy78 and it was super fun to write :3 It's so darn cute! Plus I feel like I haven't written anything in a bit and I wanted to post something…sooo…review!
