Darkness

Death

Falling

It is the fall of the Jedi Order.

I see troopers swarming in the Jedi Temple, killing everything in their path. Rows after rows of killing machines, trained to do only what their master told them to do. Their master has turned against us. Why? I don't know. A rumor has spread in the past two hours, right before the clones came. Knight Skywalker told Master Windu that the Supreme Chancellor is or was a Sith. Fact or fiction I didn't know, however, now I am more inclined towards fact. I see that someone is leading them, the clones.

A Man

An Enemy

A Sith

It must be a Sith Lord.

Cloaked in black he walks strait across the entrance hall. He is like a dark scepter, wraith watching the destruction take place around him. He sometimes pauses in his watching to kill one or two troublesome children who do not die fast enough for his liking. It is then that I see his lightsaber. It is not the customary red of the Sith. It is a strange color, a very strange color.

Blue

Loyalty

A Fighter

It is a Jedi color.

Who could it be? Which Jedi would be cruel enough to kill his friends and family? Dooku. Master, no, Count Dooku helped kill us, murder us. I still wonder why. How? I know now that there is another traitor in our ranks, but, who? The Sith sees me fighting, fighting fiercely against the many clones trying, trying but failing to take me down. He comes closer now. I see his face for the first and only time tonight.

Friend

Brother

Betrayer

It is him, Anakin Skywalker.

I'm in shock, Anakin, Ani, why did you do this? Why did you do this to us, to me, to yourself? I falter; I forget I'm in a battle. I miss a blaster shot. It hits true. I stare at you. Then, I feel myself falling. Force. Even now, now at the end of all things, I realize something. I am fading into the Force and, yet, I pity you. I still love you. Even after you betrayed me, killed me. Death or Darkness. I choose, chose death. You chose darkness.

Dark

Light

The Force

Two different sides of the same coin.
