I was currently over at the Cullen's house, sitting on Alice's bed, going over wedding details. It was completely boring and just to get me to shut-up she handed me BRIDE magazine- "It's the biggest one in the business and you will find something you like to contribute!" she had said.

A lot of the pictures were mushy-gushy. There were couples holding hands, kissing, getting married, etc. I wonder if I'll ever be completely ready for marriage. Of course, Edward being the groom softens things a lot, I was brought up to take my time. But I didn't want to take my time, than I'd be wrinkly and old while Edward was still young and as perfect as ever.

While looking through the magazine I saw a couple things that I liked, some satin napkins that could be monogrammed, ideas for bridesmaids gifts, thank you notes, and a couple other things that Alice had told me to look for.

I turned to the next page (engaged couples) and just about dropped the magazine.

There was a picture of Edward and I, in the magazine!

"Alice!!" I cried.

"Yes," she said having appeared at my side.

"What is that!"

"Oh that. Well I thought that since you guys are the picture perfect couple you might as well be in that section."

"When did you take the picture??" I was beyond confused.

"Remember that time when Edward brought you over for 'quality time with him' – man that is just an excuse for kissing you – I had a camera with me because I had seen the perfect time to take the picture. When he kissed you I knew he wouldn't be paying attention to us, though you guys were in the middle of the living room, so I snapped some pictures.

But you know what is even better, I decided I wasn't going to put money in for bribing, and I saw that I would get in anyway, not that you wouldn't get in without money, it's just that I really wanted you to get the picture in the magazine.

After I saw that they had decided to put it in, I called them. They were overjoyed with both of your expressions, 'love just isn't that way anymore' I think were there exact words."

"I appreciate the sentiment, but I still think that you should have told me. MY question is how you got there number, not just a help number. I don't think they would put those in the magazine or people would be calling them all the time."

She chuckled. "I had the number from a while back. Rose wanted her picture to be in there and so she sent lots of different pictures, her in her dress, her with Emmett, you get the picture. They liked the pictures so much that they called her personally to ask for a special cover shoot. It took everything in her (and Carlisle) to get her to turn it down."

"Did you and Jasper get a picture in a magazine?" All of them have picture perfect love.

A loving smile crept onto her face. "Yeah, back in 1958, it was of me in his arms, us kissing. It was a beautiful picture if I do say so myself.

But enough with our old life, you keep looking, I like your choices by the way, and the satin is amazing with the color scheme."

She danced out of her room and I continued looking through the magazine.

This time though, I looked at it with a lot more respect.

Maybe the wedding is a great idea after all.
