"Dolores Jane Umbridge, you are charged with crimes against Muggle-Borns, cruel methods of torture to underage children whilst at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, participating in the Battle of Hogwarts, and last but certainly not least the murder of Sybil Trelawney," Kingsley said calmly as he began the trial.

"Do you deny the charges," said the newly appointed Head of Department of Magical Law Enforcement, Arthur Weasley.

Dolores, who was already in ragged Azkaban uniform, looked up and laughed girlishly, "Potter deserved what he got from me, nasty boy who lied constantly. Now as for the battle we were all forced to participate," she said giggling as if she thought by divoulging this information she'd escape Azkaban.

"I'm afraid that does not excuse your actions, we knew who was under and Imperius Curse, and you, Dolores, were not under the Imperius Curse," Elphias Doge said as Arthur Weasley whispered rapidly in his ear.

Umbridge now looked frightened, "I w-was t-too," she stuttered.

Percy rose from his seat, "We now call to bear witness against Dolores Umbridge, Minerva McGonagall."

Minerva McGonagal walked through the courtroom doors, eyeing Umbridge with pure hatred.

"Do you Minerva McGonagall, swear to give accurate, and precise information?" Percy said loudly from his seat whilst next to his father and Elphias Doge.

"I will," McGonagall said throwing a nasty look of disgust in Umbridge's direction.

McGonagall went into full detail of the battle, informing where she was and who she saw, "Then I saw Dolores, cast an Explosion Charm, causing the balcony my colleague was on to explode, collapse and crumble to the next floor killing Trelawney," McGonagall said wiping away a tear that had made it's way down her aged, battle-worn face.

"Is her testimony accurate, Madam Umbridge?" Kingsley said calmly from his high podium.

Umbridge sighed, "Yes Minister it is," she said holding her head high frowning.

"Now that is just the charge for the battle, your crimes against Muggle-Borns and torturing students at Hogwarts shall add time to your sentence," Arthur Weasley said looking around to his colleagues.

"Those in favor of conviction," Elphias Doge said loudly as he raised his hand.

Umbridge looked around to see every hand raised in the air. She hung her head immediately.

"Dolores Jane Umbridge, you are hereby sentenced to spend the rest of your life in Azkaban, for the murder of Sybil Trelawney, participating in battle for the opposing side, persecuting Muggle-Borns, and for the torturing of Hogwarts students," Kingsley said looking down at Umbridge feeling no pity for her.

Umbridge let out a wail of despair, "Please no! Most of their fighters survived."

"Tell the families of, Dean Thomas, Parvati and Padma Patil, Lavender Brown, Ritchie Coote, Colin and Dennis Creevey, Ernie Macmillan, Romilda Vane, Michael Corner, Terry Boot, Katie Bell, Jack Sloper, and Fred Weasley that most of our fighters survived. HALF OF OUR SIDE DIED YOU MURDEROUS TWIT," McGonagall said walking out the courtroom.

"You shall be escorted to Azkaban by Aurors," Kingsley said as Harry and Neville seized Umbridge by the underarms.

"Unhand me!" Umbridge said struggling.

"May god have mercy on your soul," Elphias Doge said as Harry and Neville dragged Umbridge out as she screamed for help.
