What would be the first thing to come to mind if I were to ask you what being the daughter of a war veteran and socialite was like? If your answer is that it would be walk in the park, then you would be wrong; at least that is the way one Sharpay Illianna Evans felt as her parents dropped the bomb that her father had gotten a job as a JAG at the military base in Piqua, Ohio, which was a 49 minute drive to Lima, where her and Ryan would be attending school.

Although obviously not happy about being forced to move, yet again, there wasn't much the blonde could do to change her parents mind on the matter, so that how she now found herself standing in the office of one William McKinley High School, waiting to be called into see the principal with her twin brother, Ryan, two weeks after getting the "good" news.

Shifting to try and get comfortable in the stiff hard backed chair that lined the glass panes of the main office space, the brown eyed youth couldn't quite hold back a disgusted scoff as she watched a group of jocks throw what looked like a slushie into the face of a girl that was wearing a outfit she was almost positive her grandmother owned.

Shaking her head and turning back around, Sharpay leaned over to ask Ryan how much longer they would have to wait when the door to the principal's office opened and they were called inside. Breathing a silent sigh of relief, she got up and walked over to the man, shaking his hand with a polite smile.

Taking yet another seat, the girl did her best to listen as the principal took his own seat behind the fairly expensive desk then proceeded to drone on about how he was thrilled to have them, at which Sharpay rolled her eyes because it was clear by the monotone of his voice that he was anything but thrilled to have them attend his school.

Her loathing for the man in front of her must have been showing on her face because she soon had her brother hissing her ear while digging his elbow into her ribs. Shooting her twin a short glare, the blonde straightened up her posture and plastered on a fake smile.

"I must apologize for my sister's rudeness, it was a long flight from Albuquerque." Ryan explained, flashing the principal his own fake smile, just as annoyed at the man's droning voice as Sharpay herself was.

Nodding in acceptance of the apology and muttering his understanding, the dark skinned male stood up and offered his hand for the two shake after they got to their feet.

Thanking the man for his time and patience, Ryan ushered Sharpay out of the room and toward the front desk where they gathered their school packet then guided her from the room by the elbow.
