Nothing is creative. Not even you, Pride…

The words have been circling Roman's head and all over his room.

Roman is Thomas' creativity. He embodies his hopes, dreams, and ideas. He is fun-loving, adored by everyone, and is the life of the party.

Right?

These days however, it doesn't seem like it. The fans have been giving Logan special attention recently. Plus Patton and Virgil always gets regular love and support from the fans. Roman just feels left out.

He knows he can fix it. He can have everyone kneeling for him. One time he did. However, that would make him revert to his original character. It'll make him a merciless, cold hearted, vengeful king.

It'll make him Pride.

Roman was happy with being the Prince. He was happy with being Creativity.

That doesn't mean he can't look back at what his life used to be.

"Please King Roman! I can't go to the dungeons. I have a family!" The nameless individual is pleading to be let go. Fear surges through the peasant.

He isn't real. He is a figment for Roman's pleasure.

"You shouldn't have stolen, from me no less!" Pride laughs. Turning extremely malicious, Roman decrees, "I give him one year in the dungeons and five years of servitude!"

A faceless guard drags the peasant. Pride laughs. The power is addicting.

Roman quickly flashes out of the memory. He used to be cruel to nameless people. He was extremely arrogant and didn't listen to any criticism.

Taking a deep breath, Roman removes Deceit's words from around his room. He is better now; not just with his attitude, but with who he is. Pride was a Dark Side. He wouldn't care for nobody but himself.

Roman is now Creativity. He truly cares for Thomas, Patton, Logan, and even Virgil. He is a Light Side. And he doesn't take it for granted.
