"Fred," Hermione hissed, pushing Fred's lips away from her own. "Snape expects this Potions report to be completed, and with you distracting me, I'm not getting anything accomplished."

"I don't know," Fred mused, waggling his eyebrows. "Sure did feel like we were about to get a lot accomplished."

"Shut up," Hermione rasped out, staring wide eyed at the ginger before her. "We agreed to not talk about… That in public." Hermione quickly scanned the area around them to see if anyone or thing was in hearing distance.

"You're right," Fred grinned wickedly at his girlfriend. "Maybe we should go back to the Common Room?"

"Fred."

"Hey," Fred grinned teasingly, capturing her hands with his. "We can find an empty corridor if you'd like, but I didn't think you'd be into that."

"I'm not," Hermione rolled her eyes, pulling her hands from his. "And I'm going to finish the bloody report."

Giving Fred a chaste peck on the lips, Hermione stood and walked the Hogwarts library over, heading for the potions section. She cursed Snape for asking them to research creature potions. It was a rarity, and finding a book on it was going to be, as the muggles say, like finding a needle in a haystack.

Hermione wasn't paying attention to her surroundings. She was filled with determination to find the book she needed. So, when someone grabbed her shoulders and turned her around, she couldn't help the small yelp that left her lips.

Fred chuckled and slipped his arms around her waist. "Mia," he murmured the pet name he'd given her as his lips collided with her own.

Hermione knew she needed to study, but she couldn't keep the smile from her face. She laced her hands within Fred's short locks and kissed him back just as passionately; letting him know that she'd honestly rather be spending time with him than studying. She pushed him gently, painting to catch her own breath. "Fred, I have to-"

"And here's your book Miss Granger," Fred chuckled, effortlessly pulling the exact book Hermione was in need of from the shelf.

"How did you do that?!"

Fred chuckled, nuzzling Hermione's neck with care. "Ol' Snape didn't brag on us, eh? George and I were the only ones to find the book last year."

"And you're just now telling me this because?" Hermione smirked as she pressed her body against the bookshelf for some support.

"Well, I thought all of my comments would make you say, "Help me wiser and older boyfriend. I can't do this without you." And when that didn't happen, I decided I'd help you."

"Oh?" Hermione questioned, wrapping her arms around Fred's neck. "And why is that?"

"Because," Fred's grip on Hermione's waist tightened, pulling her closer into him. "I feel like we could be using our time on a more," He smirked, nipping at Hermione's collar bone, a weak spot of hers. "Interesting activity."

Hermione whimpered, pulling Fred's head closer to her body. "F-Fred."

Fred kept his composure as he pulled away, knowing his girlfriend was more than willing to forget about her books now. He turned to face her with a wicked smirk. "Let's go, Mia. You have that essay to finish."
