"Dad, I still think that we need to know more about this witch. I mean we don't know that much about her. This is a bad thing with our job. One of us could get seriously hurt. You know this. You of all people should!" Sam says, trying to convince his Dad that they all need more information on this hunt.

"No, Sam! When I say we are ready for a hunt then we are ready. No questions asked." John says, then mumbles, "Gosh, I thought you would've learned this in college being without contact for 4 years."

Sam's eyes immediately look down, but not before Dean could see the pain in them. John grabbed his stuff and walked out.

Sam grabbed his stuff and went to walk out but Dean grabbed his shoulder. Sam shrugged his hand off and said, "I'm fine, Dean." Sam then walked out of the room to get in the Impala. A moment later Dean followed him and got into the Impala also, driving there way to where the witch would be.

John, Dean, and Sam walked quietly through the witch's cabin. They split up and walked around to see if any of them could catch a sight of the witch.

John and Dean met around the corner and their eyes met. They both shook their heads, saying that they didn't find anything. They were about to leave and go find more information to where the witch could be when they heard a loud 'BANG' of a body hitting a bookshelf.

"Sam!" Dean yells as him and John run into the room where they saw Sam go in.

When they ran in they saw how Sam was knocked unconscious on the floor and the witch standing there with her spell book and her hand up in the air where she just zapped Sam.

The witch glared at them, but before she could do anything John raised his gun and shot the witch with his witch killing bullets.

Dean quickly ran to Sam and started shaking him. "Sam? Sammy, wake up for me! Please, Sammy." John watched Dean try to wake Sam with worried eyes. He was hoping that his youngest son wasn't hurt. John blamed himself for this happening to Sam. He was right about how they should've done more research to be prepared.

Sam finally started to stir and opened his eyes into slits. "Ouch." He says.

"You okay?" Dean asked with concern in his voice and eyes.

"Yeah, I think so."

"Alright, come on. Let's get back to the motel, you need some rest. It looks like she zapped you pretty hard." Dean said with sympathy.

"I'm fine." Sam repeats.

"If you so, Sammy."

Dean helped Sam up off the ground, when Sam was on his feet he stumbled forward and John tried to help and catch him, but Sam already caught his balance. Sam and John's eyes met for a second, but Sam quickly turned his eyes away. This was going to be an awkward night for both of them.

The next morning…

Dean woke up the next morning, still feeling exhausted. He decided that he would check on Sam again from his hit and then run to get breakfast. He walked over to Sam's bed and his eyes immediately widened when he didn't see his huge brother.

"Sam?" Dean asked, his voice a little raised.

What shocked Dean was when the something in the bed started stirring. A small head peeped out form under the covers and Dean's mouth dropped to the floor.

"Sam!?!" Dean yelled.
