Kaoru rested against the railing of a white balcony.
The stars were bright and beautiful.
He was missed Hikaru.
He often missed his mirror image every night.
Since two years ago when their parents had them separated.
So what if they bore the same last name.
If he could Kaoru would throw the name Hitachiin in to the mud.
He didn't want to be Kaoru Hitachiin anymore.
Or Kaoru at all if it kept him from his lover.
A wisp of cold wind over came him and made him smile.
It smiled like irises……Hikaru's favorite flower.
Nights like this I truly missed him.
I looked up at the pale moon.
It shined beautifully like Hikaru iris white skin.
His eyes were like melted ember burning over a flaming sun set.
"HUH' I gasped as I heard something soft touch the stone floor of the balcony behind me.
I turned and stared in shock.
There he was…..Hikaru.
Standing in the moon light.
In a black hoodie and some jeans.
His stare locked on me as he spoke "I found you"
I nodded with slight blush on my pale cheeks.
Everything was warm and his touch heated as his strong hand cupped my cheek.
I stared into his ember eyes.
My heart skipped a beat.
His other arm locked around my thin waist; he never moved his other hand from my cheek.
I felt safe in warm in his gentle embrace.
"Kaoru" his whispered at my lips.
"H-Hikaru" I breathed.
"My beautiful little Hitachiin blossom" he laid his lips down on mine.
My eyes closed and my arms wound around his waist.
He pulled away still cupping my cheek.
"I love you, more than anything" he whispered at my ear.
I nodded against his chest.
"Deny your name and no longer be a Hitachiin" we whispered at the same time.
Hikaru took my hand with the one that was on my waist and kept his other hand on my cheek.
"Please Kaoru I wanna be with you, I can't go on without you"
"Don't say that" I whispered.
"It's true for you my love, I'd gladly walk through hell so long as you were waiting for me at the end of the fiery trail.
"I'd never allow you to go to hell" I whispered softly.
"Then come with me" he smiled a breath taking smile.
I nodded.
Then our star crossed lover share one more sweet sakura kiss and we close our little story.
