He stood looking out at the sea, staring deep into its dark watery depths. He sighed and ran his hands through his hair. He lent against the handrail that separated him from the sea. He knew he was going to ignore all reason and do what he needed to do.

No one would know when or why but that was the best way to do it. If people knew they would only try and stop him. Tears ran down his face, when he thought of his family – his sister – someone who had always been there for him.

His sobs became harder when his mind drifted towards Jack. He had always been there when everything had gotten to much, Lisa, Tosh, Owen, Jack had always been the one there to comfort him. Jack was the only person her could really open up and show himself to. Jack was the only reason Ianto regretted what he would do, because he knew he loved Jack more than he had ever loved any one else.

But some things Ianto couldn't ignore any longer, he couldn't deal with them. He couldn't be that strong person, he wasn't able to. There were some people who he knew wouldn't ever miss him, wouldn't even realise he wasn't around and he couldn't care less. It had taken a lot to admit but he knew those people were part of the reason his life pained him so.

Their voices never stopped, always running around his head. Always laughing. Always mocking. Always there, never leaving.

Always, Always, Always.

He screamed and hit the handrail hard. The people around him stopped and stared, intrigued by the young welsh man in front of them. He didn't care, he soon wouldn't be able to see those looks.

He ripped himself away from the handrail and ran. He ran until he could see the sea rapidly approaching, the same thing running through his head over and over again 'No one will ever know your gone'. He screamed again and never stopped running, not until he could feel his body plunging into the chilling water. The water rushing past his face mingling with his tears, repeating that one line in his head 'No one will ever know your gone'.

His mouth was clamped shut the water slowing ceasing to rush around his head, his oxygen depraved body floating gently in the water. His vision started to dim, darkness slowly creeping in on him, slowly consuming him.

The ever so suddenly light was rushing up towards him.

It was his hearing that came back first , he could some ones laboured sobs as they held his frozen body in their arms. He shivered violently and coughed loudly water spilling out of his mouth. The person above him tightened their grip.

He looked up and was greeted by Jack's tear stained smiling face. Jack looked down at him and pushed his lips tightly onto Ianto's own. Fresh tears had streaked down both their cheeks when they finally pulled away, they didn't need to say anything as they pulled each other into a warm embrace. They both knew what the other had to say and that was the beauty of their relationship, they loved each other and they both knew it.

Ianto knew then, he had finally found some one he could truly rely on.
