A Miraculous Heaven's Door
The super standing wielding mangaka Kishibe Rohan has hit a slump. After learning of Ladybug and Chat Noir, he decides to take a trip to Paris to get more inspiration. Things are definitely about to get (more) bizarre.
(I could just end the description here and be gone with, but my muse is telling me to write on. This next part is optional for the challenge but prefered or could be written into a completely separate story.) During an akuma attack(which Rohan naturally watches) an antique store is destroyed, revealing another stand arrow. While he manages to retrieve it during the attack, it does manange to strike one person in the chaos of the attack, Nathaniel Kurtzberg, one of Rohan's biggest fans who was folliwing him around, who promptly developes a stand. Rohan, feeling partly responsible for Nathaniel decides to take him under his wing, and teach him about both art and stands.
Miscellaneous details
Events of Stone Ocean are noncanon.
Takes place sometime after ML & CN season 1 or at very least after the Evilustrator episode.

About Nathaniel's stand
Nathaniels stand should be the same type of stand as Rohan's (not the same power though). I've already figured that Nathaniel's stand should have art based powers due and bear some resemblance to the Evillustrator. The reasoning being that stands appearances and/or abilities have been known reflect the user. Examples being Killer Queen's bomb capabilities were born from Kira's desire to hide evidence of his crimes and Pearl Jam's ability to determine ailments and cook food capable of curing said ailments was born from Tonio's desire to cure a friend of cancer. Anything else is (name,stats, etc) up for discussion.
Another possibility for Nathaniel's stand is that it possesses the same abilities as Heaven's Door due to it being the same type of stand, except Nathaniel's would give information in a more pictographic form.
About Akumatized Rohan
When I think about Rohan being an akuma, the first thing that comes to mind is a fusion of him and Heaven's Door. His abilities would be the same as his stand, but he would lose the ability to summon the stand itself while he is an akuma.
