HARRY POTTER- SAINT OR MURDERER?

My name is Harry, Harry Potter. I wouldn't be surprised if you know who I am, after all It seems like everybody does. Just because my parents were killed by Tom Riddle (aka Voldemort) and I survived, Tada, I'm famous. But truthfully, I'm just like everyone else. I have friends, a girlfriend, I go to school, all of the usual. Yeah, my school isn't that ordinary, I'll admit that, but I'm still like everyone else. But there is something that nobody knows about me, not even Ginny Weasley, my girlfriend. And nobody will ever know, because if anyone ever learns my secret, then I won't be famous, I'll be INfamous. And that would be worse than being famous.

Harry Potter. Famous for living. The 16 year old wizard legend is the reason that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named died, and came back. Dubbed a liar by many two years ago, he kept fighting for the truth until last June, where he supposedly fought against You-Know-Who in the fabled Department of Mysteries. Most wizards and witches would consider Mr. Potter a saint. But is he really? Would a saint break every single school rule and be disorderly? Would a saint destroy the Ministry of Magic? The beginning article is an excerpt from Harry's diary. I asked around to see if anyone could give me information about Potters school life. Potters best mate would not give me any information, but a few classmates and professors said a few things. Professor Severus Snape, the potions master, said "Potter is an attention seeking brat who always aims for the spotlight." Another Professor, Poppy Sprout (Herbology) said that Potter is a "great student and is always nice to the other students." But, while the teachers have their opinions, the students have their own. Draco Malfoy, a fellow student in Harry's year, answered this to my question about Potter's secret. "Potter has a secret? He's probably gay. I wouldn't be surprised." Cho Chang, (7th year, Ravenclaw) said, "Harry is a sweet boy who wouldn't keep a huge secret from everyone." And Lastly, I asked 5th Year Ravenclaw, Luna Lovegood. "Harry is a nice boy but he's a little strange. Everyone he is around seems to die." So here is my question, is Harry Potter a saint, or is he a murderer? -RS
