"Please don't go!"

He shouted into the dark void, his voice bounced off the walls of the hallway. Staring straight forward into the black mist like void that engulfed the back of male dorm lobby. The mist was a disgusting sight, having bubbles pop from it, creating a slug like an image. The mere sight of any common person would be to run, but not Minato. He knew what was in the shadow's, he knew who was hiding in the darkness in front of him.

"Why?" The voice asked. "I don't belong here, this is your world. Mine is gone, we can't both exist."

"But we do!" Minato shouted. "We do both exist in this world. You shouldn't live in the shadow, you deserve to be in the light of day."

The voice becomes silent, refusing to make a sound or even take a breath. The words that escaped the boy's mouth soon started to press on his chest. Causing his eyes to widen a bit before his vision became blurred with tears forming in his eyes. The mere sight of the young man was enough to make the voice sigh finally. Giving him a sign that it was still there.

Soon, the presence walks forward, revealing a young woman. The same age as him, the same height and the same heart.

"I always wondered why you cry so easily." She asked the boy.

"Minako..." He moans through his whimpers. "Please don't go...don't leave me again."

"What do you mean by leave?" She asks, tilting her head to the side a bit with a curious expression. "I am always by your side. I am the monster in your heart that you cast into the shadows. How close can I be than that, a shadow."

"You can live in this world with me!" Minato cried. "We can both stay here and be happy. You don't have to be like this, alone in the world. You deserve to be happy just as much as I do!"

His words were strong, they had many truths to it. But sadly they had lies as well. Suddenly humored, Minako gives Minato a small chuckle before slowly backing towards the darkness that she descended from. Minato head jerks up, standing to his feet in haste, he runs over to try to stop her. Only to have the mist absorb her figure in before fading into the walls.

Soon, the young man falls to his knee's yet again. His hand on his chest as he lets out a yell of anger. Banging his fist onto the blue rug floor. His tears rolling down his cheeks as the feeling of failure and sadness overcomes him. His heart would not stop racing, nor would the veins in his arms and legs stopped twitching.

He wasn't just crying because he lost his sister. He was crying because he lost the other half of himself to darkness. The other half that deserved a good life, but was cheated out of it.

Kikkie: Minako deserves to be canon!

btw: some words were from KH3. And also...sad about that too.
