Hey all! I'll delete this ASAP but really really need your help. I've tried google searching every possible keyword and just can't seem to find it.
Twilight fanfic. All vampires. Happens after new moon/Edward leaves Bella. One day Edward gets a surprise at his door—social services says Bella is sick and they have a daughter and wants Edward to raise it.
Bella is sick (leukemia?) and needs bone marrow transplant. Her blood type makes it hard to find a match.
Bella and Edward slept together and he left her the morning after (I think it was this story)...she gets pregnant and lives on the reservation. Seth and Leah protect/advocate for her. Seth imprints on the daughter and daughter's name is Elisabeth Masen (?). Bella also gets anemia when she's pregnant.
The daughter has healing tears—Bella drank them when doing chemo. Healed Edward's back when Seth clawed him while phasing. And right before the last updated chapter I saw, they gave the tears to Rosalie.
Alice sees Bella committing suicide but she is actually saved with a bone marrow transplant. And comes back to find her daughter at a ballet recital after she is healed.
Laurent killed Charlie. When he comes back to see the Cullen's and Bella, Edward kills him. Irina comes back and breaks Bella's cottage. Then the newborns show up to fight with Irina teaming up with Victoria. And then Rosalie jumps in front of Bella and her daughter but gets attacked by a group of newborns and starts hallucinating—about Royce and then Emmett attacks Irina. Jacob has a vile of Bella's Daughter's tears and suggests that Rosalie might feel better with them. The Cullen's give it to Rosalie and then she stops moving. Edward has also agreed to change Bella after the newborn attack. Bella also has being feeling unwell before the attack and went to the hospital for a checkup.
The last update (at least when I read it the first week of June) was January 2018.
