Lisa picked up the pen and shakily signed the paper. When she's finished she stood up."I should go,my cab will be here soon to take me to the hospital" Lisa told Sarah. Sarah stood and shook her hand. "This is for the best" Sarah told her. Lisa nodded then walked over to her daughter. She bent down and looked into her daughters eyes. Carter looked back at her with her blue eyes that made Lisa want to break down and cry. She silently willed herself to keep it together for 5 more minutes. With a shaky voice she spoke"Carter sweetie,mommy has to go away for a little bit, okay?"Carter's angelic face crumpled"Where's mummy going?"She asked in her tiny voice.
