The Not So Forgotten Day

It was the forgotten day once again. Ever since he left his family to go to St. Rudolph, this day was always forgotten. It was November 20th again. His birthday…the day he and his brother Ryou were born.

Kisarazu Atsushi sighed once again. He walked slowly to the tennis courts as his eyes looked to the ground. He shifted the weight of his racket bag and continued walking. When he arrived at the clubhouse, nobody was there. He sighed again and sat down.

Suddenly, the door opened and a panting Fuji Yuuta came into the clubhouse.

"Atsushi-senpai, there you are. Come with me." Yuuta said as he walked away. Atsushi followed with a sigh.

"What's the matter, Yuuta?" Atsushi asked depressed.

Yuuta didn't say anything but continued to walk and looked back once in a while to see if Atsushi was following. They finally reached a karaoke place and Atsushi was confused. They went into a VIP room and there, Rokkaku Chu, Seigaku and St. Rudolph regulars of the Boys' Tennis Team were there.

"What?" Atsushi was confused. Ryou, his twin brother walked up to him and threw his arms around him.

"Happy Birthday, Twin." Ryou said. Atsushi had a small smile.

"Thanks and same to you." Atsushi said.

"Happy Birthday, Kisarazu twins!" Everybody said as they placed their presents in their arms. Atsushi looked at everyone and felt really grateful.

"Why is Seigaku in this?" Atsushi asked confused.

Inui pushed his glasses up and smirked. Mizuki just twirled his hair and closed his eyes. Eiji grabbed two microphones and handed one to Fuji. They picked a song and waited.

Taka-san took out a huge sushi filled thing. "Everybody…hope you don't mind." He took off the lid and Eiji called the anago rolls.

Fuji nudged Eiji and they closed their eyes. "This is to the twins, happy birthday." Eiji and Fuji started singing and they amazed everybody present. As soon as the song ended, they were clapping. Eiji was bowing at the attention as Fuji just smiled. They passed the microphone around as they sat down and ate. They got a score of 100 from the machine. Eiji and Fuji gave each other a high five.

Atsushi looked as his brother got the microphone.

"Everybody, though it is also my birthday, this celebration is mostly to celebrate Atsushi's birth, so, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Ryou said as he selected a song. Everybody joined in to sing the birthday song as the cake was delivered into the room by a worker. Atsushi was happy that in reality, even if everybody forgot his birthday, his twin was there to make it up.

He would never be alone on his birthday. Even if his friends didn't remember…they were still there. This was his happiest birthday ever and it will forever be implanted in his heart.

The End…

"Wait…why is Seigaku here anyways?" Atsushi asked.

Everybody pointed at Inui, besides Tezuka who just sat there annoyed.

The End (for real)
