AN: So this is my first story that I have actually posted. If you like it review it or favorite it. This is a oneshot that just came to me today, it's sad so if you're not in to that don't read. Again I just wrote down what came to me so I'm sorry if its not always in the same tence.

She wasn't anything special, she didn't get straight A's. She wasn't class president, she was invisible in a standoutish way. She was the school's one goth. But the thing is, she wasn't actually goth, she was a rocker. She loved rock music. She loved the way it made her feel when no one else was there to make her feel anything.
Her mom was a drunk and her dad, well her dad wasn't even there half the time, usually he was with his girlfriend shooting heroin. She had to fend for herself. She never had a shoulder to cry on. Her mother would listen but she wasn't really aware that her daughter was talking. Her dad would just push her away saying he didn't have time for her childish complaints. If she cried in front of him he would slap her tell she stopped or his hand got tired. She would not go to school for weeks at a time. She was failing all her classes and her teachers didn't even care.

For this reason she turned to the music. It was that the only thing that kept her sane. When she felt worthless she would put her headphones on and turn it up as loud as it could go.

When things got really bad she would cut herself, because the physical pain seemed easier to deal with the emotional abandonment she felt on a daily basis. Sometimes she wishes she hadn't been born.

Eventually she just couldn't take anymore abuse. Beaten and bruised she crawled to her room, only then can the tears come again. She cried and cried. She moved over to her stereo and blasted Halestorm as loud as she could. She knows her mom is passed out and her dad is out. She doesn't care about disturbing her neighbors because they never bothered to disturb her father when he was beating her which could be heard several houses down. She takes the razor from the drawer in her dresser and slowly slashes it across her wrists. The pain overcomes het but she doesn't care. The last thing she hears are these words " ...And here it goes
The moment when
You know you'll never be the same again
Power chord
You've seen the light
You found your place in the world tonight
At the rock show..." and she's gone.

AN: I might add a second chapter to this, it kind of feels like it needs a happy ending so maybe
