Chapter 1

The Earth turned to ice for 1,000 years, its people have been in a slumber for that long time. In the centre of Japan's capital, Tokyo, a palace of crystal had been formed, and in it were the Earth Prince and his Generals, as well as the Moon Princess and her Senshi. Those in the new Crystal Palace were not so sleeping. Quite so suddenly, those who slept in the palace woke from their slumbers and greeted each other. The first to awaken were the Earth Prince and The Moon Princess.

"Endy, I love to see you in your 'Prince of Earth' garb," said the young Princess Serenity.

"I would say the same, my dearest Moon Princess," Endymion returned seductively.

"Hm Hm," someone just cleared their throat.

"Yes, Raye," said the Moon Princess in a very irritable sounding voice.

Raye was the fiery princess of Mars. She did not in fact like Serenity in their past life when and where she was a klutzy crybaby. "Not meaning to interrupt," said Raye who had just transformed into the passionate soldier of Mars, "but I think you might wanna look at this." She was staring out the palace window and into beautiful city of Tokyo.

Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion walked over to the window and stared out into the different districts with their eyes wide in awe and their mouths open in shock, "I think we a little problem, Sere," said the Prince.

"Nothing the Imperium Silver crystal can't fix, my love," said Serenity.

"Do you know how long that would take?" said Sailor Mars.

"No, Sailor Mars, I haven't got a bloody good idea of how long this is going to take," said Serenity sarcastically.

"Ha Ha, your Highness," said Mars "now really how long is this going to take."

"At the most, a couple of hours," said the Princess.

"A couple of hours, A COUPLE OF HOURS," shouted Mars. She was about to continue when all three of them heard seven other people waking up and yawning.

"Hi honey, still yelling at the Princess," said the young General Jadeite.

"I….well...I….yeah, I was yelling at the Princess," said Raye guiltily.

"Well, you really should stop, pyro, or the Palace is soon to catch alight," teased Sailor Venus.

"How about I set your fuku on fire, eh, Venus," replied Mars.

"Never mind, Raye," muttered Venus.

"Yes, never mind Princess Raye," spoke the eldest General Kunzite.

"Fine," said Mars.

"Now, can we please get down to business, or we're gonna break something," said Generals Zoicite and Nephrite.

"Okay, okay, don't be such drama queens, figuratively speaking," said Princess Serenity.

Serenity placed her elbows out and moved her hands below her shoulders across her chest. She closed her eyes and concentrated and suddenly she cried "COSMIC...MOON...POWER!!!"

A bright sliver white light crossed the room. Everyone closed their eyes from the light's intensity and the princess raised the Imperium Crystal between her hands, and her arms, above her head. Over the long two hours, the Princess's breathing was uneven and her brow was sweating and very hot. By the end of the two hours, she stood unsteady and fell to her knees and her eyes fluttered open and shut.

Sailor Mercury handed the prince a cold, wet cloth and he placed it on Serenity's forehead. The Princess whispered "Thank you, my love."

The Prince held his wife close. He loved and cherished her so much, and then he helped his princess to stand up. When she was steady, he took her arm in his and they both walked out onto the royal balcony where they saw thousands of Tokyo's people admiring with awe their city's new wonder.
