This idea randomly came to me when I was watching CSI because I noticed that Nick cut his hair...which honestly I don't like it that short so I guess that's why it inspired me. This is just a cute little fluff. Enjoy!
Nick walked into the house he shared with Greg. They'd been going out for a few months and had decided to move in together only a few weeks earlier. Nick went into the kitchen, where he smelled food cooking and heard music blasting. He chuckled as he turned the volume down. He had gotten used to Greg's music, but he still hadn't accepted how he always blared it.
Greg turned when he heard the volume go down, his smile fading when he saw the older man.
"What?" Nick questioned, confused at why he was frowning.
"Where'd it go?" This only confused Nick further.
"Where'd what go?"
"You're hair. It's gone." Then it clicked in. Nick had stopped at a barber shop and got a buzz cut.
"Yeah, I stopped and had it done on the way home."
"Why?"
"Because it was getting a bit too long for me. Why does it matter?"
"I like it better long. I can play with it and I like playing with it. I can't play with it if it's short." This was one of the things about Greg that confused Nick. He enjoyed the most random and smallest things, but it's part of why he loved the young blonde.
"Well it'll grow back soon. I promise." He smiled and kissed Greg's cheek. Greg just smirked.
"No sex until it does." Greg stated and went back to cooking. Nick just stared at him in disbelief, but smiled to himself. He knew Greg wouldn't be able to last…and that night he found out he was right.
