Equestria wasn't always locked into this perpetual state of chaos. I remember a time of peace, a time long ago, a time before all…..all this. I guess I am lucky to have survived this long, if you can call it lucky to watch your friends die and your brother fall to insanity. I have watched cities fall empires die and chaos rise, I should have died but my royal blood has taken even that small refuge from me, as I do not grow old, shadows heal me ,and I cannot bring myself to take my own life.
