Danny groaned as he looked up at the gloomy sky. He wondered if he should even bother getting up from the 'oh so comfy' grass he had fallen on. Danny released a groan, before getting up. Aside from the fact that he was bruised and had no clue where he was, today was a pretty good day.

Sure, he was sucked into some black portal and dropped probably over 500 feet to the ground, but a ghost didn't attack him since then. His day could only get better from here, at least that was what he thought. "I really need to work on safe landings," Danny complained. Little did he know trouble was headed his way, as he stretched out all the kinks in his now bruised back.

The trouble heading Danny's way just so happened to be a clown that was laughing as he ran through the park. His partner in crime was following him as they dashed around some broken trees and fallen branches. "I really need to work on safe landings," they heard a boy's voice complain from a little way out.

The Joker smirked thinking that the boy wonder had just given away his position and became the perfect bait to lore in the Bat. He turned away from his path to nowhere, and he headed toward where he heard the boy. He reached where the voice came from, but Joker didn't find Robin.

No, instead Joker found a boy with black hair and blue eyes who was lost in thought. "Look what I found! It's a little boy all alone in the park!" The Joker laughed out with glee. The boy turned around sharply and stared at the two villains. He looked rather surprised as if he didn't expect to run into anybody.

"Two clowns?" the boy asked confused. Who could blame this boy? After all, Danny had no clue why he would run into two clowns in the middle of a park. Some police or park officers? Sure. After all, he had to have created quite the spectacle falling as he did. But clowns? No, that just didn't make much sense to Danny.

Funny Danny should consider the police because they were, in fact, in the area. They had surrounded the park to capture two escaped convicts. The police weren't the only people in the area, though. A man dressed in black had also come to the park. He might have noticed the teen falling if he hadn't been so consumed on tracking down the Joker and Harley Quinn.

Batman had heard Danny talking, as well. He had followed the boy's voice to find the boy with raven black hair and electrified blue eyes. His clothes were scratched from the branches but other than that he looked fine. The Joker and his partner were there too, staring at Danny skeptically.

"So, am I supposed to call you both two the clowns or are both of you going to give me your names?" Danny asked. Three pairs of eyes looked at Danny unbelievably. Everyone knew who they were. They made the news every other week. Was it possible the kid fell from one of these trees and got amnesia? No, but Danny didn't need to tell them that.

"Joker," the male clown answered proudly. "The Clown Prince of Crime! The Ace of Knaves! The Jester of Genocide!" The Joker laughed, only too happy to fill the boy in on all of his fame and how he got it. Danny looked the clown over with narrowed and judging eyes. Danny noted anything that looked dangerous and the Joker's physical appearance.

"Harley Quinn," the female introduced herself. She wasn't as eager as the Joker. She didn't have as big of an ego either. Danny looked her over. He noted her athletic figure and the way she clung to Joker. Then he looked at her stunning eyes, and they sucked him in. Danny stepped closer to Harley.

"That is a very pretty name. You deserve someone better you know," Danny told Harley as he lifted her chin briefly. Then he let it go, dropped to the floor, rolled to his left and stood up to lean against a tree. Meanwhile, a pie flew to the right of Harley, which was where he had been, and a small bat-shaped piece of metal was in his hand. "So, why a bat?" He asked.

Batman stared at him startled. The Batarang had been headed towards Harley. It was supposed to clip her in the jaw. Danny somehow saw it coming and moved Harley's face, while catching the projectile at the same time. Batman didn't understand how Danny knew he was here and how he moved so fast. "He likes to stop my fun, that's why!" Joker laughed.

Danny let out a long sigh. He stepped forward and settled into a defensive pose. The Joker let out another round of laughter at that. "Why is it that I always get the fruit loops?" He questioned. Then Joker sprayed him. He stayed absolutely still for a minute until he cracked a laugh. Danny still managed to through a perfectly aimed punch at the Joker, though. This was bad. Danny just got onto Joker's list. Batman just knew it.
