"Father," Castiel began barely in a whisper. "Father, forgive me for my long period of absence, but I have come to you in need of assistance."
"I know that I shouldn't be coming to you and I wouldn't be coming to you if this weren't such a desperate situation." He continued.
"I believe-" Cas cut himself off. "I have a few feelings towards my friend, Dean."
"I ,uh, have absolutely no idea how to communicate my feelings without him being 'weirded out' as he says."
"I come asking for a sign or a, um, direct order of how to get Dean to know without there being some leftover tension afterwards..."
A long pause came after. Cas could swear it lasted for years, but in real life it was only a short five to ten minutes.
"God?" Cas asked starting to lose his last shreds of Faith.
A strong wind blew towards him but he soon figured that it wasn't God. Then there was an earthquake. It was a strong one, that earthquake. God wasn't there there was a wild fire. thankfully he was in the eye of it, and he was an angel, so he didn't get hurt. Sadly, God wasn't there either.
After those events Castiel heard a whisper, not an ordinary whisper, no, it was the same whisper that came unto Elija atop the mountain. This was the voice of God.
Remember the Pizza Man, it said softly. Then in a whisp of air, the voice was gone, so was God's presence.
"Thank you, father." The angel murmured. Then he headed back to Sam and Dean's cabin.
At the cabin:
Castiel popped in like he usually would and found Dean watching some porn.
"Hello, Dean." He said casually.
Dean jumped a little but still contained his composure. "Hey Cas, what's goin' on?" He said in his usual husky voice.
"Are Sam and Bobby here?" Cas asked him.
"No, they went on a beer run." He said. "Why, Cas, what's wrong?" He added noticing the nervous look plastered on his angel's face.
Before Dean could say any more, the angel who Dean admired went up, tangled his left hand in Deans hair, and kissed his friend. At that moment Castiel thought that it couldn't have possibly gotten better, but after about thirty seconds into the kiss they both stopped to take a breath then Dean pulled The Angel closer to him and performed the same action to him, kissing his with more passion every second, their tongues dancing in each others' mouths until they had to gasp for air again.
"Cas, man, you have no idea how much I wanted to do that." Dean said once they had release their love for each other.
"You too, Dean." Cas replied.
in his mind, Castiel was repeating one thing over and over again; Thanks Father.
