When the thunder started rumbling, Sam jogged back to the motel room. He was pretty sure the scene that would greet him when he walked in.

And he'd been right.

He was hard pressed to keep the grin off his face.

Dean shifted underneath the weight pressing down on him. No good – the German Sheppard kept him firmly pinned down in the chair. They'd learned early on the dog turned back into a scared puppy during storms.
