George Weasley was almost jumping up and down with excitement like a little kid. The Grand Re-opening of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes was almost underway. George had spent three months remodeling and rebuilding the joke shop which he and his deceased identical twin had spent three years to make. Three long hard years had lead to the most sucessful buisness any Weasley had ever made. The shelves were lined perfectly, every skiving snackbox and invisibility hat in its proper place. All of the staff in their magenta robes, outside to control the crowd. It had all been leading up to this moment.

But things were not all well leading to the Grand Re-Opening.

After Fred died, George just lost it. Watching the man who knew you better than anyone, better than even their mother, get laid in the ground just does something indescribaable to you. He had tried to bring himself around; hang out with friends, move back in with the family, and getting drunk once or twice. He knew Fred was never coming back. George knew that he could never be the person he once was. He still woke up in cold sewats every so often. He could still hardlly stand to look in a mirror, because he knew that a face, identical to the last freckle to his, was out there but would never bee seen again. He cried himself to sleep the first week he was back at the flat where he and Fred spent so many nights talking about girls and the shop and what their friends and family might be up to.

But there comes a time where you have to move on. Not completely forget that Fred existed, but remember that he, George, was the only one responsible for coming back out of his shell. He started remodeling the joke shop in September, when he felt he could be there and not be in any seroius emotional pain. Ron helped him out with everything. Aside from Fred, Ron was probobly George's favorite sibling. He had Fred's old post and could still be called "Mr. Weasley".

"It's funny" George thought. "Feels like re-opening emotionally, too."

He let out a sigh. These were the longest five seconds of his life. He wanted to hear the delighted and terrified squeals of customers checking out their new products-unusable by anyone who is or ever was a death eater (requested by Harry Potter). He glanced at the life size poster of He and Fred laughing

George pulled the door open and ducked out of the way. Grand Re-openings are something special and no witch or wizard with a good sense of fun wouldn't miss this one for the world/
