The Priest Who Can't Love: Chapter 1

They all sang, and some more people Xelloss didn't know went up and talked about when Lina was little and other things she would have yelled at them if she heard them herself, but it made Xelloss smile. Later Amelia walked by Xelloss and whispered in his ear "Xelloss you truly are, The Priest Who Can't Love"

Lina, Lina Inverse was dead. It was Xelloss's fault. Well that is what he wants to think, but later he realized it wasn't.

Lina Inverse had been found dead and not because of her monster boyfriend, but because of the law! Lina and Metallium were set up to think that the men found guilty of her death would kill Metallium, with hoping that Lina would jump forward and she would end up shot and dead. This plan was risky, but worked!

Xelloss felt so bad, the last thing Xelloss ever did with Lina was have sex, which was not what he wanted to be the last thing they ever did together. He thought his life was over (Even though he knew that he won't die anytime soon).

"Xelloss," Amelia said.

"Ye..." Xelloss started.

Then Amelia just hugged him. "I told Lina I would try to be closer to you!" Amelia sobbed in Xelloss's arm, then Xelloss returned Amelia's hug.

"Amelia?" Xelloss asked leaning back from her.

"Yeah?" Amelia asked, staring into his eyes.

"Do you have a place I could stay, I rather not stay in my home anymore," Xelloss said.

"What? Um Yea I think that I have a place for you in my castle," She said.

"Okay I will go gather my things," He said fully pulling away from her and started to walk away.

"Meet me at the front of the castle!" She yelled at him as he walked away.

"Zelgaudis, tell me why she even thought of it?" Amelia asked late at night laying on the floor of her bedroom.

"I think she just wasn't thinking," He responded. Then there was a knock on the door. So Amelia got up and went to the door and started to slowly open it. Then Xelloss rushed in and started crying on the bed, which made Zelgaudis uncomfortable so he left.

"Xelloss can I help you?" Amelia asked walking to him and sat down.

"No, not really. I just need time alone," Xelloss said.

"Um, okay," Amelia said. Feeling weird since Xelloss was in her room alone cry on her bed, which now that she thought of it she thought it might be better to let him sleep there.
