"hmm?" katara murmured as she looked around in fear "where am I?"

katara quickly woke up right as she noticed the fire nation insignia she got up and tried to run to the door but it was locked. she quickly checked the room for any water in sight but there was none.

"oh ya i forgot my sweat! i can bend my sweat to get out of here!" she said excitingly

at that moment katara began to run on the spot the she started to sweat she kept running over and over until she had enough swear to try and break free but right as she hit the door fire lord Ozai came in and burned her. then katara fell to the ground she tried to bend the water but right as she was about so hit Ozai with a water whip he burned her even more and he kept burning her.

"PLEASE STOP! What do you want from me?" exclaimed katara as she struggled to get up.

the fire lord stopped burning her then asked "What is your name waterbender?"

the waterbender did not move or speak.

"you will answer or you shall suffer the conciseness. the fire lord was furious

she still sat still with a tear falling down her face fire lord Ozai lifted his palm about to slap her with a ball of fire but right before he hit her she said quietly turning her face away from the fire

"katara."

as she said that the fie lord quickly retreated his hang about to hit her face.

"now was that so bad."

katara looked away from him

"fine." the fire lord said"but before i leave may i introduce you your master from now on. come on in Zuko."

as the fire lord said Zuko katara's eyes flew wide open. she herd Zuko's foot steps as he walked over to his father telling him to come her

"Yes father what is it?"

"Your very own concubine."

"What father have you gone mad!" Zuko shouted" I cant have a Concubine at this age."

"oh yes you will! and for now on she will do what ever you say she is now your personal slave" Fire lord Ozai said as he looked firmly at Zuko.

"Fine will you at least tell me her name?" Zuko asked

" she said it was katara."

at that moment the prince's eyes opened wide and he thought, could it really be katara the girl that was traveling with the avatar? it couldn't be. zuko looked at the girl as she turned her face to zuko. the fire lord quickly walked out of the room.
