One Month Enemy
Chapter One
"Lucy, we need to talk." Natsu told me. Natsu, Happy, and Gray were all sitting down on a couch looking at me with regretful eyes.
"Hiro Mashima told us that we have a self-mission to do." Gray said as he drifted his eyes onto the floor.
"Well, you seem pretty down for a mission, and what's a self-mission anyways?" I asked them, much more excited than everyone.
"Me and Natsu are spending a whole month camping. So are you and Happy." Gray said as he shot up.
"Aye" Happy said as his head rested in his paws. I looked at them all in shock. A month with Happy? No way. It's a cat! How do you go camping with just a cat?
"That not all." Natsu looked me straight in the eye, "It's going to be in a different country."
"Aye" Happy said again, annoying as ever, with his 'Aye'. This would be interesting though. But where and when? I guess it's one month. It couldn't be too bad with other people, but with a cat? I don't think anyone could possibly do that.
"We're going to America." Gray said with a confused face.
"Do you even know where that is?" Natsu said with a disgusted tone.
"You don't either so I wouldn't be talking!" Gray shot back.
"Ladies, ladies, you're both beautiful. Settle down now." I laughed until they shot me a glare.
"Be quiet" The two said in unison.
"But seriously. Let's at least try to get along. It's a month, not three minutes."
"Aye" Happy said.
"When do we go?" I asked, hopeful it wasn't soon.
"Right now." Natsu said, getting up. "Follow the leader!" I rushed up to follow him. We quickly said a goodbye to everybody and went.
