Author's note:

I was working on another story and this idea just popped into my head. I had to put it down on paper before I forget. The characters might be a little OOC. This is my first FF10 fanfic. Hope you enjoy the short story.

Morning

It was about midnight when Tidius came to me with his problem. We were staying in the travel agency in Mi'hen Highroad and I was reading in my room when he approached me.

"Yuna, I've had trouble sleeping the past week or so. Is there anything you can do?" He asked. I had noticed lately that he looked extremely tired.

I nodded my head. "I have just the thing. I learned it from Wakka just the other day." I took his hand and led him to his room. "This may hurt some but you get to sleep."

"Yuna, what exactly are you going..." I hit him on the head with my staff, effectively casting sleep buster, putting him to sleep and shutting him up. He fell on the bed and began snoring loudly.

"Sleep tight, Tidius," I whispered as I closed the door.

Next Morning

"Yunie, Wake up," Rikku said shaking me gently. I cracked my eyes.

"What is it Rikku?"

"We can't wake up Tidius"

"What!!!" I yelled fearing the worst.

I quickly jumped out of bed and ran to Tidius's room, Rikku right behind me. Everyone was in his room, trying to wake him. Rikku jumped on the bed and started shaking him furiously.

"Tidius, Wake up!!!!!" she yelled at him. Her only response was a loud snore.

"Is he always so hard to wake up?" I asked.

Rikku shook her head. "No, he is usually up before me."

"Maybe that sleep buster worked a little to well." Everyone in the room looked at me in surprise.

"What? He came to last night and said he was having trouble sleeping. I helped him!"

"Yunie," Rikku put her hand on my shoulder. "We need to work on your idea of helping."

"We can worry about that later. Right now we need to wake him up," Lulu commented. Everyone was silent for a moment.

"I got an Idea!" Rikku said. She sat back down on the bed. She sat there for a moment than, before anyone could stop her, she gave Tidius a good shove off the bed. His head slammed against the night stand with a loud thud ass he fell.

"I think you killed him, Rikku," Wakka said. A loud snore filled the room.

"No, he is still sleeping." Auron corrected. Rikku still sat on the bed, looking rather irritated. She jumped up and left the room. A moment later she came in with a bucket of ice water.

"If this doesn't wake him up, I don't know what will," she said and dumped the water on Tidius. He sat up and banged his head on the night stand again.

"Ohh! Hey why am I wet?" He asked. Rikku hid the bucket behind her back and tried to look innocent. Unfortunately for her he saw the bucket.

"Rikku!!!!!!!!!" He jumped up and started to chase her around the room.

"Ahh!!!!! Yunie! Help me!" she yelled as she ran out of the room.

I giggled quietly. "Sorry Rikku, but your on your own."
