"I need your help." he said from the door. My heart stopped.

He needed me.

For a few mere seconds I was i m p o r t a n t. That's what we strive for isn't it,

To be wanted. To be accepted.

Acceptance is key, in Hollywood, anyway

If I was needed, I was important. If I was important I was accepted. If I was accepted, I was safe.

"To make S o n n y jealous." he said.

All my hope crashed. I was needed.

I was needed to suffer.

I had nothing against her.

I had something against them, together.

If she was with him,

She was wanted. If she was wanted,she was accepted. If she was accepted, she was safe.

If she was s a f e, I was r u i n e d.

Seeing her was always bittersweet.

She was so happy you had to smile.

But she was a threat, always had been.

I knew the day would come.

I would be gone, but her name up in l i g h t s.

I tried to push the thougth away,

But it was always there.

She was important.

I was just an extra.

Having me was icing on the cake compared to her.

She was the cake.

He wanted her.

Not me.

Hollywood wanted her.

They'd gotten b o r e d of their old toy,

They needed a new one.

Someone else to build up,

Just so they can tear them down.

That's what H o l l y w o o d does.

Because of them,

He was a monster.

Because of them,

She was a s w e e t h e a r t.

Because of them,

They were in love.

Because of them,

My life was r u i n e d.

They tore apart your life,

Just by bringing you here.

With the fame, comes the torture.

The torture of the day it e n d s,

When your world comes crashing down.

"No."

Was my reply.

That day wasn't going to be today.

I was in control,

And I p l a y e d to win.
