Azumi didn't know what to do with her life. She won all the time, had learnt every trick. It was a long time since she had felt defeated. Now, something appears. Suddenly, as if it had always been there. Resonance. What is Resonance, and where does it come from?

Prologue

This is it... I've got one last chance. "Calling Purple Trapezist to rear-guard! I activate her skill..." Jumping Glenn moved in and out of the soul in a rather swift motion. "Skill! Power 3000!" The column would be able to hit that unit with some force. "I'll call Nightmare Doll, Alice..." Now, she could put her plan into motion.

"First things first, let's swing with Big League Bear at the rear-guard!" The enemy dissipated immediately. "Alice next, unboosted at your other rear-guard!"
"G-Guard!" The opponent protected his unit from the attack. The girl still had a plan. Confidently, she attacked head-on with her vanguard. If this attack hit, her opponent would be on 5 damage. "No guard." He told her.
"Ok... Twin Drive. First check, Second Check- Stand Trigger! All to Alice." Everything was going as she hoped. The fifth card landed in the damage zone, and the girl announced it. "Persona Blast! Counter Blast 2..." She revealed a copy of Chelsea in her hand, and discarded it. "Replacing Bear and Glenn with Eva and another Beast Tamer!" Now she had two columns, both with 21000 Power, ready to attack. First came Eva, who was swiftly denied. Then Alice. Looking at his hand in despair, her opponent couldn't guard another hit. The sixth card hit the damage, and the girl let out a sigh of relief. Another fight won. Without a word, she left the store...
