Author's note: Just a short little chapter to give the reader a bit of insight on what has happened after the events of Skyrim. This is not a real chapter I am just listing it as so for convenience. There will be many transitions between Dovahkiin and Dragonborn so BEWARE!

Jotenheim was an outcast; despite being the Dragonborn no one enjoyed his company. People treated him as they did the beast races of Tamriel, with disgust. It was eight years after the destruction of Alduin, five years after his showdown with Miraak, and three years after the Dawnguard incident. Now he had nothing to do, no one needed the Dovahkiin or his Thu'um. Other than the occasional dragon attack he was left with nothing to do. So he picked up the trade of smithing, he was a natural-born blacksmith; he made a small house near Whiterun and settled down. Although most people were ungrateful for the Dovahkiin's services, the Jarl of the Hold Bulgruuf the Greater would never forget the time he helped Jotenheim capture the dragon Odahviin the same way Olaf One-Eye captured Numinex. So he let the Dragonborn stay tax-free, it was the least he could do.
