On The Sugar Rush
Elizabeth, with her intense imagination and penchant for reading characters, situations and circumstances, turns into an anonymous mystery writer at a very early age. With her new found success, Mr. Bennet does not need to worry about the well-being of his family after he is gone, and gives her full reign to decide her own course of future. What happens when life brings her to cross roads with not just one Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy of Pemberley and half of Derbyshire but also with our other favorite pair – Richard Castle and Kate Beckett – when by some misfortune, one of Castle's bizarre theories turn true and they are transported back in time to the 19th century England while investigating a case.
Imagine Castle's glee (and Beckett's exasperation) when they find themselves in the regency era – face to face with one of the most beloved couple in literature. Will Elizabeth learn a few new tips and tricks from Kate & Castle and spurn them into interesting tales of her own? And more importantly, with a 'nosy – match making – overly romantic – like a 12 year old on Sugar Rush' Castle on hand, will Mr. Darcy be able to keep his poker face or will he be forced to encounter and confess his feelings much earlier than in the original work?
Author's Note:
This is the summary for one of the product of my overactive imagination which would just not leave me be in peace till I started writing it down. It is a Work-In-Progress which is still in its draft version but I could not resist uploading the summary to get a feel of your interest in a concept like this. Please let me know what you think and I will start posting soon – yes we strike a deal here
This work is not a crossover of P&P and Castle. The lead characters from Castle are merely borrowed and used to my advantage and fun.
