Sorry about that here's the real one.

It was the end of the day and a lot of people going back to their dorms. Mal was approaching Ben by his while giggling for apparently, no reason.

"Hey, heyyy," she said holding out the y, "I'm here."

"Hey Mal," He said with a smile, "listen I have to head back to the castle but, I'll see you tomorrow."

"I'll come with you, there's absolutely nothing to do here after school." She said, giggling.

"Um, okay." Ben said. As they were left the building, Mal kept asking him where they could get food.

"Can we stop for food, or can we just eat at your place?" She asked.

"Mal we ate an hour ago." He said skeptically.

"I know and I'm not usually hungry an hour after I eat," she said while giggling, "but I'm so hungry, I don't think you get it. It's crazy"

When they got to Castle Beast, Ben took Mal up to his room.

"Cute room you got here," she said touching the blue items on his desk.

"Incessant giggling, increased appetite." he said. Then grabbed her wrist. "Increased heart rate."

"Okay, where are you getting at?" Mal said confused, pulling her hand back.

"Are you high?" Ben asked.

"What do you mean?"

"We're you smoking marijuana?" He asked, more clearly.

"Eww, no, smoking is disgusting. And do you not trust me?" Mal asked him.

"You're right, I'm sorry." He apologized.

She looked at one of his clocks, fascinated. "It's only 10:00? Seems like that was forever."

"Slower perception of time," he mumbled, "are you sure you're not high?" He asked aloud.

"I don't know maybe I am, everything's been a little off. And I had a bunch of pot brownies earlier, they were great."

"Mal, you took drugs," he said, "why?" Opening the door, Mal walked over to Ben's balcony, and he followed her.

"Because, on the Isle of the Lost, I was so free. Free to do whatever I wanted to, just because no one cared enough to stop me." She looked over to the tiny island. "Now I'm not, and everybody's watching my every move to see if I'd be as great a queen as Belle. But I won't, I never will be because I'm just a broken girl from a little island. I just thought that maybe I could get some of that freedom back."

"You're not broken," he started, Mal liked up at him, "you're perfect, and maybe if you stopped saying 'you'd rather imprison yourself than hang out with AKs' then maybe they'd stop judging you." They both laughed at that.

"Just don't eat pot brownies anymore." Ben said.

"Promise." Mal responded.

After that, they just talked. About life as a villain, life as a hero and life in general. Staring out at Auradon city at night all the way to where Auradon itself dissolved into nothingness and was just blue sea until you could see the Isle of the Lost. And Mal and Ben just watched, all night, in each other's embrace.
