Ashi couldn't help moaning delight as she felt Jack move inside of her. His pace quickened and she felt herself beginning to tighten. She was certain that they would both finish soon.
However, rather than hearing him say some broken cry of pleasure, she was shocked to suddenly hear a sob and to feel him go still.
She opened her eyes to see his face scrunched up with tears beginning to streak down his face.
"Jack? What's wrong?" She asked him, sitting up with urgency. "Are you hurt?"
Jack barely opened his eyes and choked out, "No."
"Then why -"
"Forgive me, beloved," he asked her, turning his head away. "I never thought I would feel this kind of joy."
Ashi thought back on everything they had gone through together and on what she had been told he had gone through.
She then placed a hand on the side of his face and guided him back to facing her. She then placed a gentle kiss onto his lips and offered him a sweet smile as he opened his eyes again.
She then laid back down and guided him so that he lay on top of her with his head resting over her heart. She then wrapped her arms around him and placed one of her hands in his hair.
"It's alright, Jack," she said, comforting him. "Feel whatever you need to."
